Stopped here late yesterday evening. Started off with the Spinach Artichoke, it was excellent! the breading I was told is homemade from scratch, it was unbelievably good. Then I ordered myself the The Cowboy Beef Brisket Pizza, the flavors were incredible, the crust was just as delicious as the toppings. Logan our bartender filled us in on the local history. Great guy. Enjoyed our meal and the conversation. Would recommend to anyone coming through Laramie.

We had the fun-guy pizza, caprese salad, and artichoke dip. Everything was so tasty! There were 2 dogs with us, so we ate outside in the grassy patio area. A doggy water bowl was very kindly provided by the establishment. We all left satisfied and would definitely eat here again.

Amazing pizza and bakery! A bit pricey. But besides that, every bite was amazing. I love that they have sweet and savory baked goods, not just overly sweet ones. The Monte cristo croissant was fantastic!

Today we had the summer cocktail “Sex in the Driveway” 10/10. The other pictured cocktail is Maple Bourbon Smash. Always delicious. We had red pepper capicola (aka gabagool) burrata and a Cowboy Brisket pizza. Go down there and get some!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible service we received from this restaurant for our wedding. They did a fantastic job keeping everyone fed, happy, and raving about the food! The quality, flavor, and presentation were all outstanding, and so many guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had.

A huge shoutout to Kerri, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was so professional, organized, and attentive from start to finish. She listened to our ideas, understood our vision perfectly, and truly brought it to life in a way that exceeded every expectation. Her calm presence and attention to detail made everything feel effortless on our end, and we knew we were in the best hands.

The entire team worked seamlessly, the service was smooth and efficient, and the food stayed fresh, plentiful, and delicious all night long. We are beyond grateful for their hard work and the love they poured into making our day special.

If you’re looking for catering that will impress every guest and a team that genuinely cares about making your wedding unforgettable, this is the place!

Place is lively and fun; lots of college kids. Plenty of outdoor spaces and indoor seating. Service was friendly and relatively quick, given the crowds. Variety of drinks and beer available. We loved the burata flatbread. The pizza was just ok. Crust for both items resembled sweet fry bread. We will be back but will skip the pizza on our next visit.

Good pizza, not awe-inspiring as i had hoped from all the hype. Had the brisket pizza . I liked it, thought the horseradish aoili should have a bit of kick, it did not. Also tried the “best ever”. I liked the flavor, and it had a bit of zip. Decent beer selection.

Service was good. Our high top wood ta ble was sticky, not because of leftovers but because the polyethylene coating was failing. They should be refinished or replaced

I saw this spot on google maps. I enjoy wood fired pizza. Just go ahead and stop. The staff is wonderful. Nice clean restaurant. Clean bathrooms too.
Pizza was good. Nice burnt spots on it. Just like wood fired pizza should be. The pizza has an authentic Italian flavor and style. Good cold beer. And I bought a loaf of bread too.

Spoke to some many time repeat customers who loved the place. Outdoor dog friendly area with fire pits and water bowls for the pups, 3 tables in addition to ours had dogs enjoying the warmer winter weather. Unfortunately, my pizza order was undercooked. I should have ordered the reuben.

Not impressed. We tried the brisket pizza and the spicy pepperoni pizza. The crust was too burned. The tomato sauce on the spicy pepperoni pizza was too chunky. What they put on brisket pizza was decent, but it all took away from the flavor of the brisket, not complement each other. Also, they should use spices and herbs a bit more.
I will say the drink selection was pretty awesome. We had the Snuggler. Very tasty. The service was nice. The atmosphere was good.
We won’t be back though. For all of us to eat only the toppings off was disappointing. We never mind paying high prices for excellent food, but not for burned, mediocre flavored food.
