Unfortunately I’ve had to edit my original review. When they first switched owners it was amazing. A few months later and service took a nose dive. I have continued to try over and over again. This is my fifth time attempting to go in for a drink and food. We always end up leaving after a half an hour of no one even saying they would get to us. They see us. But no one ever comes to take our order for drinks or food. We just sit there waiting. After thirty minutes we get up and leave. Five times they had the opportunity to have our business. It’s really sad and I wish it wasn’t like this.

Great little restaurant that is tucked away off any main highway. Clean and inviting, with a reasonably priced menu. Food tasted great. I went to check out a band there yet I will be going back for the food. Recommend.

I went here for an event, first time ever going in but I’ve driven by it a million times. The staff is friendly and efficient. We ordered three appetizers and the price was very reasonable. The fried pickles were amazing ! Nice to know there is a good place for food and drinks so close by.

I recently visited Alibi Pub & Grub, enticed by their Thursday special advertised on their website: buy one get one free appetizers. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bait-and-switch experience. Upon trying to order, I was bluntly informed that they do not honor the coupons on their own website. The excuse? The website is out of date.
The bartender, clearly frustrated herself, mentioned she wasn’t sure who was supposed to be managing the website but thought whoever was responsible is problematic and locked out of it. This kind of disorganization is unacceptable and leaves a bad taste even before the food arrives.
Plenty of parking.
Outdoor seating was available.
For a place that calls itself a “pub & grub,” they need to seriously up their game both in terms of customer service and accurate advertising. Very disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon.

Awesome live music good vibes good people but seems a bit prejudice been here for 3 hrs had 1 drink and decided to cut me off. Idk why but everyone else seems to be able to get a drink but being a minority seems impossible to get a drink around here

Location / Atmosphere – Nice to see a bar and grill in Woodstock with excellent food. Very clean and well managed. Didn’t expect it when we pulled in.
Food / Beverage – Typical bar and grill with a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches and beer. Food cook very well. Started with a basket of onion rings witch came to the table extra hot which confirms that the wait staff is getting the food out of the kitchen as soon as it’s made. Would suggest including a dipping sauce. We were served Mustard and Ketchup but would have been nice to have something else like BBQ, Honey Mustard or even Ranch. My wife had a Swiss Burger and I had the BBQ Bacon Burger, and both were cooked very well. Would have been nice to have a ‘special of the day’. No complaints about the bar. Not a bad selection of beers on tap.
Service – Very pleasant and attentive service. Our server did a great job and the wait for our drinks as well as food was very short. The waitstaff did check in on us throughout the evening which is always a good thing. It’s always nice to be served by people who don’t mind being at work and have a positive attitude.
In summary – A very nice place. Plan to return and look forward to seeing your dining experience grow.

The bartenders are a joy to be around, and the food is amazing! I enjoy the people who work at this establishment, the weekly events when I attended, and the environment. My only qualm is some of the clientele that attend the Alibi. I know the general “small town bar” clientele fairly well, and this is the type of clientele that I find when I attend. As someone who may think differently than them, it is my own personal preference to attend less, but please don’t let my preferences steer you away. It’s a great bar, the kids’ meals are worth the price foe the portion sizes, and the pulled pork mac and cheese is top tier.
