It’s a small town so this restaurant is not extravagant by any means… but out of every place that has a drive through on this mountain, I would prefer to eat here above all others! It’s the closest thing to a home-cooked meal from a fast food place! Also it’s good as heck! They’re quite fast to serve! I even purchased a $900 catering fee for my friends wedding once as a surprise gift, because the family couldn’t afford it. I was not let down in any way, nor were the bride and groom!!! I highly recommend this place if you like American-Mexican food!!! Aliberto’s is One of my personal favorites absolutely!

I came thru the drive thru and asked for a breakfast burrito with just potatoes bacon and cheese on the burrito due to egg allergies. I get home and my burrito is FILLED with eggs. I go back and receive the “corrected ” order. This time no eggs but sausage. Still not what I asked for. The cashier for both transactions I believe her name was Alex was very rude and said they can’t make anything with bacon without eggs due to it being cooked on the same piece of equipment. She rudely told me that she’ll just give me my money back and wouldn’t allow us to talk to a manager or someone else.

The service here was absolutely terrible. There was a blonde young lady at the cash register that got my daughter’s order wrong and refused to fix it. She brought chicken nuggets instead of tacos. My daughter took a bite of it thinking it was part of our order and kept waiting for her tacos. The workers here refused to fix her order and brought her one taco in the end saying she already took a bite of one chicken nugget. I know she ordered correctly because I was right next to her. It is unacceptable to bring the wrong food and then not even correct it. I wish I did not tip her in advance.

Whomever makes the Pico de Gallo needs to be retrained. I’m a white boy and my Pico is all around better than all your restaurants on the white mountains. Like really what’s so hard about jalapeño, little onion, cilantro, tomatoes-more than the onions, lime juice with pulp, salt and pepper, mix it all up. ?
