i try to give business a third try but now i can’t.
The food i got Beef burrito was terrible. It was grissly and fat plus the meat tasted rancid (spoiled).
I hesitated to finish and tossed it out. Last thing I need is the runs!
food is fresher at taco bell.
before I tried the quesadilla -1 star also tried the chile relleno -1 rating
12 bucks for a burrito kids size really?!

Rude, disrespectful staff.
Ordered rolled tacos from them via UberEats and driver dropped of the wrong order (someone else’s DoorDash order, oh well mistakes happen, respect the hustle). Called the driver, came back super apologetic saying he’d go back to make it right. Driver calls me back while at the restaurant and hands the phone off to the lady working there. She starts explaining condescendingly that it wasn’t their problem anymore that it was all the drivers fault, etc. I then hear her begin to berate the driver saying he shouldn’t be working on 2 different delivery apps. Seriously? This is my first time ordering from y’all and first impressions are not great. I contemplated re-ordering but ultimately chose not to because I was worried they’d mess with my food. I understand platform delivery drivers can be annoying, but berating them for trying to make a living and then telling me that I’m SOL is not a good look for your business.

We are so lucky the Alibertos has moved in to Benicia. We ordered super burritos – 1 carnitas and 1 carne asada. Both were loaded, fresh, and hot. They were wrapped beautifully and also huge – no sog and no mess. Get yourself a super burrito! We ordered chips and guac on the side, and we ended up getting nachos with guac on them. It was a delish surprise! The fried jalepenos are more like fried serranos – spicy hot- but they are good. We also go a carne asada fries platter, which we would never usually order, but we were glad we tried them. They were definately decadent and something we would have ordered in college.

I have been to many chain style Mexican restaurants. This place, I give it a 2 stars. Food was very salty, greasy and over kill on the cheese. Coming from Los Angeles and eating at the famous King Taco. Nothing compares to it. Still yet to find a good Mexican food place in the Bay.

Great spot for a quick burrito. The staff is very friendly. It would be great if they had a salsa option on their DoorDash menu. They review before me, I don’t think you can blame them I’ve heard of this happening before with earthy food like rice and beans. Sometimes tiny pebbles can be packed in with dried rice and beans; my guess is the beans as it would fit right in. It’s unfortunate, but something like that is a part of life. It a supply issue not a restaurant issue.

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and waited for 15 mins in the drive thru just for them to make it . Only to realize when I got home that they messed up my order. They put burnt fries in both my burritos . The burritos itself were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them. so I had to drive back and reorder . Spent $45 here just to be disappointed early in the morning !
