Came in for lunch hoping to find something good in the shrimp quesadilla got a lousy fried tortilla filled with AMERICAN cheese I could have made this at home and better at least they could have used Colby jack or something. Will most definitely NOT be back cute place tho

I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two burritos that came to $32.59, and the quality of the food did not justify the price. The meat in the burritos was cold, and the beans that were added were hard, which made the meal very difficult to enjoy.
The customer service during my visit was also concerning. When placing my order, I politely asked if my burrito could be made without onions or pico de gallo. I was told by Nena/ cashier that the burrito had already been made and that I would need to remove the onions and pico myself. As a paying customer making a simple request, I found this response both unprofessional and dismissive.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of effort to address the issue. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no attempt to remake the burrito or provide a solution. Good customer service would normally involve trying to correct a problem, especially when a customer is being polite and reasonable.
For a meal costing over $30 for two burritos, I expected better food quality and a much higher level of customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into both food preparation standards and how customer concerns are handled, as experiences like this make it difficult to want to return. I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone.

Ordered what i thought was supposed to be birria tacos, but apparently they didn’t hear me and did barbacoa instead, the meat was gross, extremely burnt and crispy, can’t even eat it. also have the birria burrito, it was okay untill i found something in it. lost my appetite after that. tried sopapillas been sitting for a few days from the taste and texture. only good thing was the churros. won’t be eating at this location anytime soon again.

This last time was a great overall experience. The waitress was very polite and friendly. Prompt service and food. This restaurant has a courtisy all you can eat chips and salsa bar if you dine in that has excellent options and roasted jalapeños. The burritos were excellent and burger was ok. A lot of bun and a little patty.

This place is QUALITY! That takes a little time. If you’re looking for a “slap it together on a conveyor line” this is not your place. If you want good quality food at fair prices, do not pass up this hidden gem. They have a convenient drive thru and I have always met with a friendly face. Always fresh, always made to order.

We had an awesome STRANGER THINGS themed birthday party here!
It was so cool, we had half the dining area for about 3 hours and they even played the episode of Stranger Things that had Aliberto’s in it!

Omg this place is amazing super fast service the lady was super nice as well. There’s so much Mexican comfort here. Way too many to choose from I’m going to have to come a few more times to try them all. The salsas were a bit too spicy for me but everything else is flavorful nothing I had was bland or over seasoned. Everything was as if I was at home!
