First time we ate here was last July and we were so impressed with the food and service – so much time had passed before we realized we hadn’t been back! We decided to come here for dinner last night and take my siblings to try as they have never had Afghan food and were met with the best standard that I’m sure they will compare every other place to moving forward.
We craved it again today and went back for more after church lol.
This review is long overdue and Alibaba Kabob House will 100% be a place we will frequent to.
Ali provided great service both times he has helped and Minna has always met us with kindness when checking to make sure all is good. Her food is made with so much love and you can taste it in every bite – honestly the best Afghan food I’ve had. So flavorful and meats are cooked so perfectly – chicken made juicy, steak super tender, and we love that we get so stuffed but the food tastes so clean we never have felt heavy or disgusting after.
The Mantu is just *chefs kiss* SOO GOOD. I want to go back and try other things on their menu.
This spot is truly a gem and as much as I want to be sure they continue to get more business, selfishly I want this to be a secret gem that only us locals know about lol. Thank you for bringing amazing food and service to Pittsburg!

I had the honored to celebrate my 70th Birthday at their banquet hall. They allow us to set up to our liking and even helped us to set up . The food was buffet style for 60 the food was outstanding and delicious. The chickens were moist. staff went over beyond to make our quest were attended to. The staff is very friendly and professional. MENIA and her co- owners are very accommodating. Our party was a success and everyone had a wonderful time. I give Alibaba ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ me a my wife highly recommended this restaurant for a quiet dinner , parties or event.

The food here is absolutely brilliant, I can’t say this enough. The Mantu has this lovely flavour that you just cannot get enough of. The chicken korma has spices your tastebuds craving for more and paired up with the white rice is delectable. The Bolani is so crisp and tasty that I had to applaud them(Yeah I’m one of those guys). The beef tikka kabob was hands down one of the best in the Bay Area. I’m coming back here with more people. Well done!

The customer service was truly the best I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding—everything was seasoned perfectly and had that comforting, home-cooked taste. The workers and the owner were all incredibly friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. They checked in often to offer refills and make sure we were enjoying our meal.
The prices were also very reasonable, especially for our group of 8–9 people. Our total came out to about $115, including appetizers and desserts. Overall, Alibaba Kebabs exceeded my expectations in every way—great food, great people, and great value!
