The food is awesome. When you first arrive there is a wall of pastries, cold desserts, salsas, and drinks to buy.

It was a bit chaotic when they first opened. They didn’t have coffee made, they didn’t have all of the tamales available, the line had to be split for to go and order for in house.

Aside from the bit of disorganization, the food is delicious. The meat in the chilorio was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The puerco tamale has potato in it and it works.

If you’re a fan of guava, you MUST taste the guava pie. It’s so refreshing and worth every penny.

All the food tastes freshly made with authentically home made taste, I personally preferred the barbacoa, the beans were also good. The only problem we had is that one of our plates was already cold, probably cause it was waiting on the other plate, and they took a long time to re-make it, also, they only have one person waiting on tables, so if you need something after sitting down, it may take a while.

Awesome experience here today Saturday around 3:30 pm! Party of three!

I’m not from Sinaloa (I am Colombian), so I wouldn’t know how authentic the food is, but what I can say is that it was delicious.

Staff were super friendly, very helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out what to order.

The restaurant was nice, clean, organized, and well kept.

They have a little section where you can buy some of the products, as well as flans, and other cold desserts.

The food was tasty, not spicy (My plate wasn’t), it tasted almost homemade. The fried tamales de elote were the best. In Colombia we have something like that, but we call it bollos de mazorca (Not fried though).

Definitely a place to try if you are around this area!

Food was good although the plate we ordered came with queso fresco and they “sold out”. They didn’t tell us or many others before taking our orders. The lady yells so much while people are eating lol. Food is good, service isn’t. Not sure if I would go back due to the service.

First time trying this place because a family member had told us about this place. As soon as we walked in
we weren’t greeted but that’s ok, we walked up to the cashier to place our order. We ordered the food and went to take out seats. I counted about 3 or for more parties of 2 or 3 people after my wife and I. An hour later I’m wondering where my food is at since everyone that came after us already got served. The waitress finally turned towards our table and saw our number and decided to go and ask the kitchen what happened to our order. The kitchen told her that they had ran out of the item I ordered. I said ok, give me something else and that took another 15 minutes, by this time I see a lady walking out with 3 big to go bags. The food is good and even though I didn’t get what I ordered (they gave me the wrong sides) and the food was luke warm maybe we came at a bad time before closing, but I noticed they need better organization, more communication amongst employees, maybe more servers to not overwhelm the only lady we saw. The server finally brought the food and apologized saying they had someone new at the kitchen and that they were busier than normal which I understand, but why did everyone else got their food while our food got forgotten (lack of organization and communication).

The Machaca must be delicious, they ran out so we had the Barbacoa. Very tasty and the rice and beans are also very good. Not a large menu but what we’ve had has been good! Very friendly staff!

Our food and that of the people in front were sitting waiting to be taken to our tables. Mgmt in ALO wear was well aware of the delay but failed to lead by example. Customer service is not a priority. Therefore I won’t be returning. Definitely not worth the wait and incompetence of poor leadership. Food was good. But I’ll take my chances and make it at home. Until you figure out how to manage your staff.
