Absolutely incredible middle eastern cuisine with a special focus on Palestinian dishes. The iraqi kebab sandwich was bursting with flavor and the harissa offered a nice kick without being too overwhelming. The hummus is the best I’ve ever tasted. Bar none. Silky smooth and creamy, not gritty at all. The zataar and olive oil was so good to eat on pita- warm and earthy- somewhat reminiscent of oregano but also completely different!! The strawberry mango lassi was so refreshing (I did not taste much mango though).

The decor inside is so eclectic and quirky, with a strong emphasis on Palestinian pride and heritage! I loved all the weird and different seating and the homemade mugs

I’ve been wanting to go here for years but put it off because of how awful parking is in Little Italy but it turns out you go through a narrow driveway and there are around 6-7 spots in the back!

Beautiful place with a great message that we truly love to support
But honestly, the food & drinks were below average. Our drinks came cold and with the wrong flavors, the shakshuka was oily and lacked salt, and the pastries seemed to be made with ready-made bread that had a tough texture.
We enjoyed the atmosphere, but sadly, the breakfast was disappointing.
it’s frustrating to pay for food you can’t even eat
Hope they improve the quality soon!

Such fun vibes. The tea is okay but the food is fantastic . Reasonably priced. Definitely get the beef stew. Great spot for hanging out

We came here to support a Muslim-owned business and the cause it represents, and I truly appreciated the décor and solidarity with Palestine and other oppressed communities. The atmosphere and mission are worth recognizing and respecting.

That said, the food experience was very disappointing and there is a lot of room for improvement. We ordered shakshuka, falafel, fruit platter, mango strawberry lassi, Iraqi kebab sandwich, shawarma sandwich, cappuccinos, honey bread, and labneh. Unfortunately:
• The shakshuka was just scrambled eggs—not what shakshuka is supposed to be.
• The falafel tasted like frozen falafel.
• The lassi was bitter.
• The honey bread was literally honey scraped onto pita.
• The Iraqi kebab sandwich and shawarma sandwich were basically the same.
• The fruit platter was just three fruits on a plate, with no effort in presentation.
• The labneh was not labneh at all—it was just cream cheese.
• Mexican omelet was supposed to have home fries and bacon, they missed both. But didn’t forget to charge for both. Brought a side of bacon when my friend was halfway done eating.
• Even the coffee was so poor we had to go elsewhere afterwards.

On top of that, the bread wasn’t warmed and wasn’t even proper pita—it resembled the bread usually placed under rice at Turkish restaurants. The service model also made little sense: order at the counter, wait, then line up again to pay.

We still tipped generously out of respect for the cause, but strictly on food and service, this place was a letdown. The 4.7-star rating feels misleading. People may be coming here to support the mission (which is admirable), but the food itself is not something I would recommend.

Can’t believe this gem in the middle of little Italy Cleveland. Palestine family’s home recipes fresh from the grill to your table. I’m from Michigan (middle eastern food center of America) and this shawarma was incredible.

Food 5/5
Service 4/5
Atmosphere 5/5

This place is just awesome, probably one of the best tea shops I’ve been to. All the decor is so cool and cozy and the atmosphere is just fun and whimsical in a way I could just spend all day hanging out here. Staff is super nice and welcoming and the tea was of course great and very reasonably priced. This is the perfect place to go with a friend or work on things, cant recommend enough honestly.

Food is decent Definetly gives the Mediterranean, middle eastern vibe. Staff is very friendly and fast.
Hummus is a must try. Very nice dish. Pita bread was very fresh and well made. I had a latte which was decent. Could use more flavour.
Overall a decent place to hang out.

The most delicious teas/drinks and food! Super friendly and efficient service, food and drinks were excellent quality. We had the iced chai, South African tea, Moroccan Mint tea, gyro, cucumber salad, carrot salad and falafel & Hummus plate. Make sure to try the rose Turkish delight if they have it – such a treat! Can’t wait to go back!

Best meal I’ve had in a LONG time. Two of us shared four menu items. All were excellent. Everything was made fresh to order and house-made hummus and sauces. The soup was outstanding and the samosas were the best I’ve ever tasted. Great experience, very fair prices, and plenty of vegan options. Thank you we will be back soon.
