Alfredo’s is always gonna hold a special place in my heart! Last year I was pregnant with my first child and I craved garlic knots so much and it was always Alfredo. When my baby shower came, we catered Alfredos. Now my little baby is one and we catered her first birthday from Alfredo’s ! To say the least everyone loves the food from Alfredo’s it’s perfect all the time. They really do care and treat you like family! Thank you so much for making my daughter’s birthday a little extra special!

Really disappointed at a pizza I received today through their delivery.
I can’t understand how the cheese can be burnt, but the crust is not cooked thoroughly, no crispy crust at all as it was very chewy and gummy tasting.
Plus, they never cut the pizza all the way through.

Had to right this GOOD review tonight. Ordered a grandma pie on the way home, was told 20 min. Pulled up around 15 minutes later. Noticed the parking lot was busy. Went inside and it was very very very busy, people exiting and entering, it was was crazy but I watched how a man in his 50’s was literally like Superman, making pies and just moving, I was impressed. I had to wait much longer and between the call and leaving with the pizza it was like 40 minutes, but no biggie, they were crazy busy. I have to say it WAS WORTH THE WAIT, that grandma pie was EXCELLENT, made with PERFECTION, ( oh my ) that Superman was just that…… Superman. This was on 2-15-26 about 6:30pm. My wife and I thank you Superman, and applaud you. Have a good night sir.

Alfredo’s catered our at home wedding and we can’t praise them enough!!! The food was phenomenal and our guests were beyond satisfied. Angela helped guide us with the order. She’s amazing. We had so many dietary restrictions and she was able to help us plan a perfect menu. We have used Alfredo’s in the past for parties and they are always outstanding. Their food always taste like my grandma cooked it. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any event you are having. Best Italian food ever

Let me start by saying I live in Ridge. This place is great if you are in a bind, but by no means do I go out of my way to get food here. It is more of a pizza place than an Italian restaurant. Although they have a wide selection of different types of pizza slices, they are are very generic. Out of all of them I believe the OG Grandma pizza is their best. They try to overdo it with all these crazy flavors but if they stuck to the basics (6-10) different pies they can really take the pizza to the next level. Same goes for the dining food, I take quality over quantity any day. Again, its not BAD, but it wouldn’t be a place I take my friends/family from out of state for authentic pizza/Italian.
Something worth noting. I had a bad experience the last time I went there which unfortunately made me decide not to come back. If you haven’t herd of ‘too good to go’, google it, it will help with story. I called Alfredos a half hour before closing to order 1 plain pie. I got a bad vibe on the phone like I was inconveniencing them. I arrive 15 minutes later I didn’t want to keep them waiting and my pie is just getting ‘sent’ (Placed in oven) so I know its got a solid 10-13 mins (average) So I wait and while I’m waiting I ask the clerk “Do you do too good to go?” because I noticed a significant about of leftover pizza in display case. He replies “No” I then asked “What do you do with all of this pizza at the end of the night?” He replied “We throw it out” I know for a fact based on experience that MOST pizza places either give it to staff to take it home, or will sell it all for a cheap price opposed to just wasting it in the trash. So I ask and the guy gave me a really hard time. I said “If you’re not taking it home, can I pay you (offer cash or charge whatever’s easier) I don’t want it free” He then rushed my pie out of the oven and said “Have a good night!” It really rubbed me the wrong way, what a complete waste. Take the cash and pocket it, share it as a ‘tip’ I don’t care. Why would you not want to make MORE money and make a customer happy? Between that the the unprofessional delivery drivers in street clothes constantly eating behind the counter and touching everything with their bare hand I said I’m done wit this place.

We had a personal pizza it was very crusty hard bubbles that were dry and had no taste a little disappointing. The meatball appetizer was amazing.. I had spaghetti and white clam sauce it was ok the spaghetti was cooked perfect.

ALWAYS screw up my order? Asked for a “small” pizza and got dough with seasoning on it ?! No sauce, No Cheese ??? Even if I was supposed to call it a Pizette, they should have given me the New Yorker ….NOT DOUGH in a box !! Called yesterday for a small pie with mushrooms and was told $27 !? Picked up and it was a full size pie cut into 6 slices ?? Do they not know the difference between a small 12″ pie & a full size ….REALLY?

I appreciate them being open in this weather but to send OLD, STALE pizza that was sitting in your shop for days is absolutely ridiculous. The friggin crust was rock hard. Rock hard crust means the pizza was sitting for days. Not to mention it arrived ice cold and I live close by. Never ordering here again. Would you give your kids stale pizza? smfh
