We ordered on line today, they charged our credit card and never showed up. We went over there and they are closed and it looks like it’s emptied out. Don’t order there. We tried calling and were just put on their recorder hold music and ads.

We were traveling in the area and wanted pizza. Small dine in area but that’s ok. The pizza was amazing. It was more on the sweeter side but still delicious. We ordered a six pack of drinks a 14” one topping pizza and an order of onion strings. Everything was hot and good. And under $30.00. If I’m ever in the area again we will be back.

I was just told Alfredos in LITH was under new management as of last month when I called to let them know that the quality of Italian beef sandwich they are giving customers is foul. It was cold, bone dry (like au jus AT ALL), smelled rancid and was a greyish color that is hard to portray through photos. And look at all of that fat! The giardiniera was swimming in oil. Like a cup of oil and maybe 5 pieces of vegetables. Barely any sauce on pasta and they apparently can no longer substitute a different sauce with their pasta. I usually ask for alfredo instead of marinara on the tortellini and I was told new management does not allow that anymore. Not the end of the world but still annoying for those with allergies/sensitivities.

Ordered 2 pizzas, told us it would be ready in 20. Got there about 25 min later, pizza wasn’t ready. Told us another 20 minutes which turned into over 40 minutes. I understand places are busy, if you would have told me it’s an hour wait.. fine I would have came in an hour. But don’t say 20 minutes and then I have to wait in your parking lot for another 45 minutes. Pizza was good but the first impression was not.

Ridiculous? I am literally on phone now for 28:12 minutes waiting for someone to pick up line to place an order. There is no justifying leaving a customer on line that long. This is one of the reasons why I have not ordered food from this place in about 2 years. I thought it was bad then this is next level BAD. Ordering from Sal’s pizza as I should of from start.

Great environment to get food and enjoy time with friends and family! Place has undergone transformation since the new management has taken over. Really enjoyed the gaming machines. Have been going here since I was a kid and definitely continuing going back for those Chipotle ranch wings and the deep dish pizza!

Alfredos doesn’t answer the phone. Evidently they don’t want any business. There is no way to give zero stars unfortunately, so I have to give one. This business is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a pizza and it was well under cooked and I tried on my different occasions to contact them but no one answers the phone. Never had an issue before until now. So be careful when ordering from this place it’s a hit or miss.

This place is permanently closed. Do not order on line. The website doesn’t tell you it’s closed, takes your order and your payment. Calling results in sitting on hold with no answer, and no notification that the place is closed.
