Pretty tasty. I had the chorizo and chicken burritos. Portion size is good. The wife liked them too.
Update: Went back tonight and had the steak burrito and it was really good. Had to wait a little, so the owner gave me a taco to eat while I was waiting…it was delicious!

Some people may hesitate at visiting a food truck parked at a gas station but I promise it’s worth a visit. The owner was really nice but the star of the show was the food. I got the loaded burrito and the meat was really nicely seasoned, the tortilla was warm and just the perfect amount of crispy. The fries were delicious and the little hot sauce that came with the burrito was really good I wish I would’ve known to ask for second or third little thimble of that!

I had high hopes for this spot since I pass it all the time! I stopped in for some steak and al pastor tacos today. The owner was lovely and the food came out super fast, but unfortunately, the meat was just too dry and salty for me to finish. I’m sad it didn’t work out, as I really wanted to find a new local favorite.

Alfredos food truck is one of my favorites. The owner is very cool. Everything they make is fresh. I highly recommend the food here. The fiesta fries are my favorite! Usually takes no longer than 5 minutes. Check them out!

I won’t lie, I originally didn’t expect to be impressed, but I can solidly say I was wrong. This food was absolutely delicious and it scratched an itch that no where else we have tried in town has been able to. The seasonings were perfect, the salsas were flavorful and punchy, and the service was amazing. Give this place a shot, you won’t regret it!
