I ordered 50 wings 25 were cranch and the other 25 were hot I got home opened them up in the first one I touched was soft how I ordered them and the rest were crispy and dry and crunchy. Staying at a hotel ten minutes from Alfees. Ordered pizza at 8:35 and we were told it would be 45 minutes. An hour later we called and were told the driver just left. Twenty minutes later, with kids hungry and us wondering where our food is…we called again. They told us it’s on the way. When we told them that they already told us that 20 minutes before they said, we don’t know what to tell you we don’t know how to reach the driver. We also could hear them laughing about our call as we were waiting for a manager to get on the phone. The manager was probably 18 years old and we could hear the other people laughing and going “yeah you’re the manager!” He told us it was on its way. An hour and 45 minutes late, the driver shows up. We open the door he hands us the food and I told him to hold on and I opened the pizza and it was ice cold. I walked over to the door and then informed him the pizza was ice cold and he smiled. He said you want me to call the manager when I leave? He smelled like weed and he kept smiling. My spouse took over the conversation he told us he would call the manager right away and that they would call us back. No one called us. We called the manager. He told us there was nothing they would do for us except remake the pizza and we’d have to wait another 45 minutes for it. Pizza is ice cold and absolutely horrible. Stay away from this horrible, horrible place. Food is horrible and management is even worse. Enjoy the pic of this cold, disgusting, hard pie.

This was my first time ordering from this establishment. The food was great. I ordered 12 hot wings and a Italian combo sub. However the container that the wings came in was missing part of its top, therefore the sauce was every where inside the paper bag imy order was transported in. I wasn’t happy about that. Alfees food is not how it use to be, grew up off alfees and boy oh boy, food taste like shit now. Chicken never cooked all the way. Only chicken that will be cooked all the way if butter and garlic only. The last 3 times I ordered it was all the same, oil be old after 6pm they don’t change it. My first time in Erie for work and the front desk clerk recommended your restaurant. I’m glad he did. The young man answered the phone in a very pleasant and respectful manner. The food was absolutely delicious and generous portions for very reasonable prices. Alfee’s, well done. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in town. Started by getting quoted a 40 min wait then it ended up taking double the amount of time. Then received the food cold, fries were soggy, and the whole bottom of the pizza was stuck to the box and paper there was even a hole in the pizza from it being so thin in some spots. So I did call them and I was pretty upset, given the entire situation. And the manager was extremely defensive, he was yelling at me saying I was being rude and I was quote “belittling him” because I said my pizza looked horrible, and I wanted my money back?!?! Mind you I NEVER even said anything personal against him literally was just like hey this isn’t acceptable and I wanted my money back. He said I had 2 options – 1 they will send me out another 2- I bring it back to them to get my money back. He even hung up on me when I was standing up for myself. Absolutely wild , unprofessional, and straight trash. I never in my life have experienced that EVER. ZERO STARS only doing 1 so I can post this.

TL;DR: they don’t deliver when they say they will, they are rude when you call, and the pizza is awful. I’d give zero stars if that were an option.
We were recently at Splash Lagoon with a stay over at the attached Wyndham hotel. At 8pm on Sunday night 2/22/26 (after football season), we ordered the largest pizza (cheese and pepperoni). The promise was it would be delivered within 45 minutes. At one hour we called to inquire if they were still sending the pizza and were told “it just left here, it will be there in a few minutes.”
At 9:30, 90 minutes after a promised 45 minutes, we still had no pizza. We called again. “It’s on the way.” We gave it 5 more minutes and prepared to run to the supermarket to find food for our dinner. As we were getting ready to leave there was a knock on the door. The pizza arrived at 9:45. A full hour past when it was promised and an hour and 45 minutes past the time it was ordered.
It felt warm on the bottom, so we accepted and paid for it.
It was only lukewarm and honestly, pretty awful pizza. Sauce is spicy. Cheese was sparse and not consistent. There were edge pieces with hardly any cheese at all. We ate some of it, as we had no other dinner. But it wasn’t good. And we weren’t a happy bunch.
After this debacle, I reported back to the concierge of the hotel that they shouldn’t recommend Alfee’s any longer, and should remove the menus that had been put out for guests. Happily, they had removed the menus when we checked the next morning.
I cannot recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered 25 wings and They were Fried to a crisp, No meat On the bone because the Wings were fried too hard! Alfee’s lost its touch! Bring back the old Cooks and Owners because those wings were it!

The service was okay. The gentleman running the register was very polite n respectful but there were way to many critical code violations. People cooking food in sweats n an beaters. Cooks wiping sweat off their face n grabbing the cheese n putting it on people’s orders.Noone wearing hats or hair nets. Refused the order not going to risk putting my children’s health in danger.. take warning.
