Order taker very kind. She had Great customer service. The delivery guy seemed to have an attitude. God forbid I asked cost questions & wanted the receipt. Service w/a smile He Was Not!! The best was the Ordering Service. $16.03 was Ridiculous!! Hadn’t eaten all day. Really was looking forward to this burger. If I wanted a Crappy Burger I WOULD’VE WENT TO MCDONALD’S.

It rarely deserves any stars. The woman at the front desk is pretty stern, and never in my life. Have I ever been involved in an argument from a lady taking orders from a pizza place? It was a horror experience my Fries were not cold. They were steaming, and she blamed that the fries were soggy because I was six minutes Then she argued with me that it was more than that. I normally don’t do stuff like this but it’s crazy how she handled that situation from now on I’m going to Angelo’s better customer service. And they don’t get your order wrong I don’t want to come off rude or antagonizing this woman, but the way she handled this situation and started arguing with me leaves a bad taste in my mouth and not just the soggy oily hot fries that she blamed me for being six minutes late And not to mention, there is a hole in my cup of nacho cheese I also offered to pay if she could make them crispy and she talked over me the whole conversation before I could explain myself nothing against this pizza place at all. They have great delicious food, but the service could use a little work. And one of my cheese cups has a black residue and a little indent on it as you seen the picture below And even though I said, I will pay them to reheat them and crisp them up for me And she said no, which is perfectly in her right but then she told me that something they don’t do But they have done it before when I ordered a pizza from them so there’s just a lot of new ones so just be wise what you order and make sure you check your food before you leave the store It doesn’t matter if you’re a loyal customer. The lady at the desk just seems unhappy all the time.

I ordered a pizza and mostachelli dinner tonight. They said 30 minutes. No problem. I came from LaSalle 35 minutes later and they hadn’t even started my order. The girl was ignorant but the young guy was apologetic. I will never order from here again

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I called to place my order, the service was top-notch. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and kind, patiently answering all my questions and making sure my order was perfect. When the pizza arrived, it was beyond delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they take pride in their food and their customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend this pizza shop to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful experience!

There’s no reason they should get one star. Ordered pizza and was given an hour to hour and a half until we’d have pizza delivery. Called back was told pizza was on the way. Took another hour (3 hours since we ordered). The lady on the phone was rude. Called the caller inappropriate names, super unprofessional.

was told 45 to an hr for my delivery, waited 2 hrs. called after 1 hr and was told theyre leaving in 1 minute, then took another hr. all for cannolis… unless you have time to wait, dont waist your time. oh and theyre not even fresh, theyre frozen packaged gas station cannolis. never again

Came in 07/15/2025 at 10:10pm for dinner after I had gotten off work… When i walked in, i was ignored by a man who was going through some boxes in a very unorganized area just to the right after you walk in.. I asked him if they were open to which he replied yes… thats it… both open signs were on by the way… he didnt speak again, so i sat myself… i noticed that the decor was very homestyle which i appreciated; however, the fish tank was absolutely disgusting and quote honestly saddening to see on behalf of the fish inside… i sat for 15 minutes, and i was walked past maybe 3 times… nothing was said beyond that “yes”.. i got up and went to dennys.
