Alex pizza is soooooo good, I drive 45 minutes just to order Strombolis, and pizza. The owner is nice and always on point, I would rather eat here then any other pizza place in Vineland. Never had a bad experience there.

Sarcastic young kid took my order. Got it totally wrong… I have ordered from here in the past.. Tipped very well; when I called to tell him my order was wrong. He was so sarcastic and hung up! No customer service skills whatever. I have read other reviews about their customer service… Which obviously those customers must of spoke with him about their order. As a Regional Manager in this district, if one of my associates spoke and treated a customer as he did to me, they would be terminated effective immediately. Times are hard. These places are hurting for business due to inflation.. You’d think they’d make the customer’s order as requested.. And not get so whiney and hang up the phone if the customer calls to complain. It’s sad.. I will never order from there again.

They try to sell you old slices that been sitting all day, then when u ask how long it’s been sitting they get ignorant. 20 bucks for a large pizza, when u can get a whole party tray from big johns for 20. Alex’s pizza is also very dirty and outdated the place looks like a junkyard

Absolutely awesome food! My boyfriend and I aren’t locals so we just got off an exit in hopes to find a bite to eat and we stumbled upon this place. We ordered a pizza and 20 wings. Awesome food. The pizza definitely tasted savory. Fast service only 15mins. The customer service was phenomenal. Asking over the counter how my wings were… or if I needed anything. They were very attentive to our needs and expectations. And they were friendly. I will make sure I go back here to visit!

They claimed to deliver and I didn’t answer the door or call which is false then was extremely rude on the phone food is mediocre I’ll never recommend or order from them again and the place is filthy and outdated kitchen looks gross

Very nice people and always good service. Really good food. Excellent pizza and my GF loves the cheeseburger sub. I’ve been coming here since 1987! One time I needed party trays for a graduation ceremony and they opened an hour early just for my order.
