Embarrassing first off the Lady every time we go they were so rude. Let’s forget about the second OK I question her on why two things two things was $31 plain personal pie that was $10 and California that was $13. She wanted to charge a dollar for honey mustard and seven dollars for tax so the total is going to come out to $32. That’s absolutely Horrible and you should be ashamed of yourself and was there an actor about it and tried to calculate she wanted to say this all the time. No I have so much money for two things like $25. Where is all that that’s coming from

Amazing , everything we ate was delicious and fresh. Worth $36 for lunch that’s to question I guess with today’s prices but I would recommend them over and over. 2 great slices . A crispy wrap and Italian Dough.

Very dissapointing. I ordered $70 worth of food, they left out blue cheese for the wings, of which came breaded. They kept the tomatoes in the chx Caesar wrap I asked to not have included. When I called to explain, they said they forgot to tell the cook no tomatoes although it was written on the receipt. I get it, mistakes happen, but when I acknowledged that to Mgr, she so oh well. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere when as a business owner, you make no attempt to rectify in any way at all. What a shame

Wanted 1 simple dishes and restaurant couldn’t handle. When arrived found out we got shrimp scampi. We ORDERED chicken scampi. Then who puts red sauce on pasta with scampi?????? Ordered oil n garlic on pasta that was incorrect as well. They only offered half off next order and told us the delivery person couldn’t come back to pickup it was only 815 and their mistakes. There are other better places in Howell.

Don’t expect to get the 120 per $1 points on Fetch if you order your meal from Alex’s Cucina on Alex’s Cucina website. Apparently, they contract with an outside company who processes their orders and your credit card. Therefore, Alex’s Cucina cannot fulfill their advertised obligation to give you a correct receipt to upload to Fetch. The girl at the counter is young and only following directions, but the person (manager, owner?) she called has no apparent knowledge of the companies they are contracted with or their requirements. Her only (constantly repeated) advice is to call “Slice”, which is the company they are contracted with, even though the customer may not even know who they are. They did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help or even seem to understand what was going on.
So, if you choose to purchase from Alex’s Cucina, and you are a Fetch member expecting to get your bonus points, you MUST GO INSIDE AND ORDER IN THE STORE AND PAY IN THE STORE. It’s unfortunate that this restaurant is ignorant of their own promotions.

I went in there yesterday first time a very clean restaurant I ordered fettuccine with chicken it didn’t taste right the Italian sub was good and salad the cashier was nice

I picked up a meatball parmesan sub. I got the sub home and I didn’t get to eat it until the next day. When I opened the sub there was barely sauce on it and barely any cheese. Meatball parmesan is supposed to have cheese! When I called the owner back she didn’t want to hear it and she was rude. Her answer was I never get any complaints! There was no reasoning with the woman! When you spend that much money on a sub and there’s no cheese on it and barely any sauce something’s wrong, I wouldn’t give this place my business. The worst part is she didn’t even offer to make it right. I offered to bring the sub back and she said it would be dried out and old and again there was no reasoning with her and she did not offer to make it right. That’s a hard no for me!

There are a few good pizzerias around the Freehold area. But this is our favorite place! Great tasting pizza and subs. They always get my order done quickly and correctly. Very good selection of food. They are professional and it is always perfect!
