Brought my husband and his friends here for his birthday. No reservations we just showed up on a Saturday night. The atmosphere is top notch and I loved it. The lighting is subtle and not obnoxious. Also despite there being a live band and huge parties of people that came in behind us, it was not obnoxiously loud at all. Some places are so loud you can’t hear anyone at your table and I’m just not into that at all. So I really appreciated the high ceilings and that it wasn’t a huge echo chamber in there. It had a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere inviting you to stay awhile and not just eat, drink and get out, like alot of places are becoming now a days. The different floors have unique vibes of their own for sure, we came in winter time so we will have to come back in the summer to check out the rooftop. We ordered food on the upper floor and it wasn’t difficult to do but you do have to order at the bar. However now having been there for the first time I would recommend eating on the first floor and then after you eat heading up to the second floor. I loved the fact that there was a door to the parking garage on the upper floor especially in winter or rainy weather that is convenient, and also that they have an elevator as well. The fries were delicious, and my husband loved his burger. The prices for food and drinks is reasonable. We enjoyed the duck pin bowling it was a lot of fun and a unique experience. I enjoyed this place alot and will definitely be coming back!

We documented a wedding at Alexandria’s and it was a great all around experience. The ceremony and reception were both held on-site, which made the day feel relaxed and easy for everyone involved. The space transitioned smoothly from one part of the day to the next without any fuss. We loved having access to the rooftop. It gave us a great perspective for photos and some cool cityscape shots you don’t always get in this area. The string lights on Crawford Street always add such a nice touch. The on site coordinator really stood out. She was super helpful, not just for the couple but for all the vendors too. Having someone like that makes a huge difference behind the scenes. Overall, Alexandria’s is a solid option if you’re looking for a downtown vibe that keeps things simple and all in one place.

As me and my wife try everywhere local and beyond, we had to try Alexandria’s that is loved by locals. I will say the environment was not for us as it was VERY loud, which I would not put on the business but more so intoxicated individuals or that they were not very considerate of others attempting to converse. The food was good between the appetizers and entrees! Also the beer cans were served in tall boys (big +1). Our server did not seem very interested in serving us, but she was still kind and polite. They also gave the wrong sides to my son, and did not comp it but did provide the right sides later on in the meal. There is also fun activities in the second floor to enjoy!

Options! Many different beer options on tap (including 2 nonalcoholic options), different bars on each level (3 total) and a good food menu. Trivia night on Monday, flight night on Wednesday and music trivia on Thursday. (Going off memory from signs I saw posted about the events.) My group went for trivia but quickly became content with the patio tables, food and drink!

Alexandria’s was the venue for our son’s recent wedding and reception. Aside from the food, which was mediocre at best, the venue was just what the couple hoped it would be. The employees who prepped the venue were efficient, helpful, and available. Everything went without any issues.
The venue was once a livery stable, and therefore, the original floors are uneven and the lighting is dim. The venue does caution about that on their website, but I can happily report there were no trips or falls at our event.
The chandeliers are beautiful and make a great contrast to the rustic beauty of the old building. The provided sound system and equipment was good.
There is also a patio in front of Alexandria’s where some of the guests gathered which was lovely and inviting as well, just adding to the relaxed, comfortable feel of the reception.
All in all, it was a quaint, welcoming, and well-run venue. The couple had the wedding of their dreams thanks to the staff at Alexandria’s and the lovely, inviting atmosphere of the venue.

Interesting rustic bar with a rooftop tiki upstairs. Checked out upstairs, but didn’t look like much going on yet, so we went downstairs. Nice speakeasy door near the bar. Large beer selection. I got the Bbq bacon burger and onion straws, the burger was huge and great taste. The onion straws were lacking in flavor for me tho. Service was good also. Overall great experience.

Always loved Ali’s during my time at UF and loved visiting while in town for a wedding. 10/10 burgers, beer selection and variety of experiences offered! They have a downstairs tap room, an mid level with pool and other games and a new tiki bar on the top floor that I still haven’t made it up to!!!! Definitely try the black and blue burger !

We chose Alexandria’s for our wedding venue and it did not disappoint! The whole process was made easy by the wonderful communication with one of the event planners, Nicole! She is so sweet and helpful, she truly made it a stress free wedding. One of the many perks was being able to do a taste test before picking what we wanted. Between the vibes of the Findlay Room and the food, we knew it was the one for us! There are so many great spaces for wedding photos, even the bathroom is fancy enough to get ready in!
