LOVES: Baked Vodka Bolonese, house bread, service (Riley was our waiter), $5 house Cabernet, Tuesday night Pasta menu, Tiramisu, and restaurant’s ambiance.
LIKES: Lemon Riccota Créma, Caprese salad, and minestrone soup
DISLIKES: Reservation difficulty, parking difficulty, restroom could be cleaner, toilet seat doesn’t stay up (meaning men will use it standing w/ seat down), and restaurant is too big for one unisex restroom.
Even if you come for their Tuesday $8 movie and pasta night, they still offer their full dinner menu if desired. Food and service was excellent! During the winter, an indoor table would be preferred despite how beautiful the patio was, but you’d probably need a coveted reservation for an indoor table. Can’t wait to come back…
So I came here and ate their Thanksgiving 3-course meal ($75/person). For paying that much I expected much better. First course was a decent cesar salad, second course was good but a small portion, but the worst was the dessert. I had the pumpkin pie which tasted bad and we found out it was store bought FROZEN pie!! Not only was it frozen, they also gave an extremely small slice of it! Very disappointing meal for $75.
The service/staff was phenomenal- very attentive throughout the night.
The atmosphere was alright. It’s nice inside, but it was very loud. I had to shout over the table to talk to my partner.
The food was so-so.
I really enjoyed the free appetizer bread- it was soft on the inside with a crisp on the outside, which also seemed to have a garlic butter on it. It didn’t cut up the inside of my mouth like some other restaurants’ breads do, and absorbed the olive oil and balsamic well.
The brie with jam, an ordered app, was good. It comes with a garlic confit.
The wine selection is great. It ranges from Europe, New Zealand, and California.
The mains were disappointing. I got the seafood linguini. The pasta was thick, reminding me of a lo mein noodle rather than linguini. The meal itself was large and rather heavy. While I did appreciate the portion size, it felt like I was eating a pound of butter, similar to how I would feel eating a pasta at Olive Garden. There was nothing to cut through the heaviness of the butter. My partner and I both left the table with 75% of our food packaged in a takeaway container (which the staff does for you, which is nice).
I would only return for a wine and apps, but not dinner.
The food and service are always simply amazing, and I’m so in love with their patio seating. It’s simply gorgeous and a whole vibe of its own. We’ve been several times now and haven’t had one dish we didn’t enjoy.
The parking is limited, so arrive early in order to find a spot and definitely make a reservation!
They don’t have any system about the waiting lines, and they seem pretty unorganized.
People waiting in line are very rude, so I would highly suggest for them to fix this issue that’s creating people to get upset over their spots in “line”
Our server (I can’t remember if his name was Kyle or Tyler) went above and beyond!! He was very attentive and very sweet!!
The food was really good! The beets salad was very very good!!! The pasta definitely needed a little more condiments I found myself needing some salt and pepper.
Overall, I think this place is nice and I will definitely come back! I would just go on a Wednesday or another day, Tuesdays are very busy!!
Had a 5:00pm reservation for 5 on a Saturday. We were the first guests of the night when we had arrived. Our server did not even greet us, just began with “are we ready to order drinks?”.
Bread and salad were decent. I ordered The White Room pizza and would not recommend. It was lacking flavor and had far too much spinach on top. We were never even offered parmesan cheese for the tables pastas but the tables around us were!
Tiramisu was served half frozen? A bit odd.
When we were given the check, we were told it could only be split onto 3 cards. No military discount could be applied either. AND our party of 5 was charged automatic 20% gratuity. Industry standard is parties of 6 or more. We were never told about this nor was it stated when we made the reservation. Our server also told us the automatic gratuity was because it was a weekend. I have never been up-charged for eating out on a Saturday. Disappointing experience overall.
