Here in Raleigh for work, flying back tomorrow, and decided to swing by the post office to mail some stuff home to ensure my checked luggage isn’t overweight.
Right next door to the post office is Alexander’s so I decided to pop in for lunch, because I am always on a quest to find a good gyro.
The inside is pretty nice, but the customer service was impeccable. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was very polite, and was also extremely knowledgeable of the menu and all of their offerings.
I was here for the gyro though, and that’s what I ordered. I will admit it’s not the best gyro I’ve ever eaten, but it was still superb and I left quite happy and content. The pita was quite “fluffy” and delicious, and the meat had great flavor and was very succulent.
If I lived sound here I would frequent this place often.

I come here often and have never had a bad service or meal. I love the seasoned fries but the falafel is my go to. Their eggplant appetizer and pasta is also amazing. I must say the food is excellent worth the drive.

First but not last visit to this amazing restaurant. First the atmosphere is beautiful, pleasing and welcoming. Not second however I had to start with something is Elizabeth who served us. Knowledge of the menu, the type of main courses, the preparation of the food and most of all her friendly nature made our lunch extra special. The food is well prepared and the taste is oh so good. There are so many delicious dishes to enjoy so plan on multiple visits.

Went for dinner on a weeknight with my family while visiting from out of town and we had a great experience. We weren’t sure what to expect as many restaurants in the area were chains or quick service. Also, we eat a lot of Greek food so this restaurant had high expectations to live up to. However this restaurant is absolutely worth the visit! Our server Michael was very thorough and enthusiastically explained the menu and made suggestions. We were served bread with oil for dipping which was delicious. We then ordered the stuffed grape leaves and spanikopita as appetizers and then our meals were the lemon pasta with artichoke, spinach, mushrooms and tomato, a lamb kebab with rice, and a moussaka. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Great food! My wife and I picked up for take out. I LOVED the lemon risotto! It was delicious even after the 20 minute drive home! My wife also really enjoyed her greek salad and falafel. Also, the BEST hummus I have EVER had! Super fresh and delicious! We got the baklava cheesecake for dessert and that was amazing as well. The resteraunt looked lovely inside. My wife and I will be back for a date night and dine in. 10 out of 10!

Delicious with good portion sizes. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The produce was obviously very fresh. I had the Chicken Francese and will definitely come back to have it again. We were able to call ahead and get a reservation about 45 minutes ahead of time so we had no wait. The live music was the perfect volume to encourage quiet conversation. The tables had love florals and real candles so it felt more elegant than the exterior would imply. Definitely a special occasion destination for me now!

Elizabeth was great. I dined alone and she provided me with great service and attention. The food was HOT like I love it. I had the hummus and pita as a appetizer, I enjoyed the Scottish Stuff Salmon as my main course.
