** 3/24/24 Returned to Alexander’s with a co-worker, and it was another delightful experience. She loved the grilled chicken sandwich paired with sweet potato tots. We sat outside, enjoying the serene setting that overlooks the golf course. It’s a perfect getaway from the grind of work, offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax and savor the delicious food.
** Recently visited Alexander’s at Cobblestone for a girls’ night out and it was fantastic. The indoor ambiance is cozy, but the outdoor seating is a true gem. Overlooking the golf course and pond, it’s like being at a luxurious resort.

The food was amazing – fresh salads, delicious shrimp, and made-to-order sandwiches. The flavors were exquisite, and the attention to detail was evident.

Service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making our experience memorable.

For a peaceful and delicious getaway, I highly recommend the outdoor seating at Alexander’s. Perfect for enjoying nature while indulging in their scrumptious offerings.

Great food, great atmosphere, super casual , my wife and I loved it. John was great was calling us by our first names and we felt like we were regulars. They make mean burgers and blackened chicken sandwiches. Full bar and best service ever and you don’t have to be a member to eat there , you can pay with a card. Check it out.

My partner and I were in town for a Sunday wedding and we were looking for a nice place for Friday dinner. Because it’s located in a country club, we called Alexander’s to see if it was open to the public. John answered and said:”Come on in”. So we did and we are SO GLAD that we went. When we arrived we were offered a table inside or on the patio but opted to have dinner at the bar. John (bartender) took great care of us, introducing himself, asking our names and explaining the menu. He was assisted by Tawni who was an absolute delight. The cocktails were generous pours and the food was amazing! My partner enjoyed the brisket because it was tender and cooked perfectly. I had the crab stuffed shrimp and it was absolutely delicious. During the meal Heather, the manager, came out to introduce herself and inquire about our meal. We were struck by the friendliness of everyone as well as the wonderful food. At the moment they only serve dinner on Fridays but if you want a great dinning experience with friendly service then don’t miss Alexander’s!

For a country club I expected slightly more as a retired country club chef. The food was good, nothing special as far as presentation goes and drinks were served in Styrofoam cups! Really??? Service was okay (adequate) not the standards I demanded in the Country Clubs where I executive chef. At least use real glassware in your dining room for Pete’s sake. A little garnish on your plates goes a long way and above average attention by the service staff.

Food was dreadful. Shrimp was old and WAY overcooked. Beef for Philly sandwich was crispy. My guess was the the regular “chef (????)” way either not there, or fell asleep. Staff was very nice. LIMITED parking on Labor Day when the golf course was packed. Oh, BTW, there is 15% “service fee” already added to the bill as payment to the staff, so any TIP you leave is in additional tip

It’s all good. But, my friend and I had been eating there regularly but when we found out they charge $5 to eat there, I’m out. Not paying them to eat there.

Had a fabulous St. Patrick’s Day corned beef and cabbage dinner at Alexander’s. Looked forward to it and was not disappointed. Delicious. My wife, Jo and I were celebrating our 33rd church wedding anniversary with our daughter, Diane, who was down from Ohio to help us out at home. We ate with our besties, Johnny and Maggie. Our server, Renee, was outstanding. Very attentive and fun to talk to. She and Alexander’s went out of their way to make our dinner memorable. Thanks to all.

Alexander’s is a great spot for lunch and dinner Thursday and Friday evenings. My favorite item they serve is the Crabby Patty sandwich. It’s very generously portioned and very tasty. Reservations are necessary for Thursday and Friday evenings. There are weekly Chef specials and fabulous desserts. The bar serves great drinks. Ive never seen children at dinners, but they are at the brunches. During most holidays they serve up the best brunch!! Lots to choose from and great deserts. Reservations are also required for brunch. Highly recommend for a date night although it can get a bit noisy. They also offer outside dining.
