⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience overall

We had a really good experience here. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. The menu has great options, and you can tell care goes into what they serve.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time and pizza texture. It took about an hour for two pizzas to come out, and the crust was a bit harder than expected. Still tasty, just not quite perfect.

That said, everything else was on point, and I’d absolutely come back. Looking forward to trying it again.

The pizza was fantastic, a unique pizza experience in Lafayette! The toppings tasted fresh and the waiter was super attentive, while the ambience was chill.

I’ve lived in Lafayette my whole life, I’ve always known about Alesi’s but I went for the first time last night and I have a new favorite place to go. The food was amazing, literally the best pizza I’ve ever had! My friend got the lasagna and said it was amazing as well. The atmosphere was great as well as the service. Don’t make the same mistake I did and overlook this amazing spot.

Alesi’s is the absolute best pizza place! There is not one dish that isn’t outstanding. We’ve since moved to TX, but anytime we visit family in Iota, we still make the 45 minute drive just to eat here. And, the waiters/waitresses (as well as the owners) are such great people. They’re now considered part of the family. Out of all of the pizza places that we’ve tried, even in New York, there is no beating Alesi’s. Not to mention, everything is made fresh and you are able to watch as they make the pizza and the dough. Everything including the sauce, crust, cheese, and meat are perfection. You can taste the freshness. The sauce, meatballs, dough, etc are all make in house!

A classic for family dining in every aspect.

My father always talks about Alesi Pizza! We came into town for an alumni dinner for him and his KA brothers at the Alumni Center.

Lots of youthful and cheerful servers.

Tables have fairy candlelights butter pats and crackers.
It’s a classic family eatery. A great spot to meet up with friends over a hearty meal. Nothing new or distracting on the interior everything cozy and family focused.

We had half orders of some delicious stuffed pasta served with side salads (our choice of dressing) served with flaky hot buttered garlic bread.
We both had the tasty meat sauce. Ate every bite!

Our server was new and a total delight.

– Servers could use tray jacks to place the football serving trays on or a busser to assist holding the tray as server places hot plates. Or server mitts/ heat sleeve.
Plates are big, full, and HOT, and keep the pasta hot! So trays are a must!

Great attitudes all around and very happy customers.

I was up and down Johnston looking for a REAL pizza place and stumbled upon Alesi. Not only did I not get my usual pesto base, or oil, herb and garlic base, but I decided to go with the suggested “White”. I personally don’t do alfredo sauce on pizza but I am going to say that the bake of this sauce and the crusts crunchiness is an absolute fantastic pairing. I had about a 15-minute drive home and it still had its crunch and it was not at any time messy and spilling out the end when you bit into it. A really really good pie. Thanks for the suggestion! I had mine with chicken and jalapenos, I highly suggest it!

Anytime I have a friend or family member come into town and the want Italian I take them to Alesi Pizza House. Their red sauce is amazing with a hint of sweetness. I have tried many dishes there, some I would recommend is the Chicken Cacciatore, Seafood Manicotti and Alesi’s Italian Feast which is so much food it will feed two people with leftover.

(served with side dish of cavatoni)

-Seafood Manicotti (Alfredo sauce or tomato & wine sauce) stuffed with crabmeat

Food is good, enjoyed the atmosphere. Was my first time to visit. Went because of friends recommendations. However, Service was way too poor/slow for me dining alone. My to go order took too long to get. Upon checking out, it felt as though I was bothering the young lady.
Thank goodness the food makes up for the poor service.

The food is of inferior quality. They don’t seem to take pride in their cooking. The manicotti noodles were very chewy. Everything tasted frozen food quality. Olive Garden is better. The lasagna I got to go looked like soup and my daughter did not enjoy it. We won’t be back. I wish people still took pride in what they do for a living.
