This was my first time trying Ethiopian food and it did not disappoint! Loved that there is a dedicated vegetarian part of the menu and that it’s gluten free. The food was all so flavorful and delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff very kind and attentive. Would highly recommend this place!

Really tasty Ethiopian food. Very relaxed atmosphere and a simple menu with all the staples of Ethiopian cuisine . We had the Doro Wat ( chicken in red sauce ) and cabbage and carrots ( Alitcha) and split peas in red sauce.

This is the best Ethiopian food I’ve had to in Wisconsin. Vegan options were clearly marked. A couple of the dishes tasted quite sweet, like there was sugar added, which wasn’t to my taste, but it was still very good. We were overcharged by $30, and didn’t realize it immediately while juggling two small kids out the door. When I tried to call later, there was no answer. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but still disappointing.

Update, 5 years later I returned to this place again. It’s confirmed as one of the very best Ethiopian restaurants in the country. The flavors are so great!
This is one of the best Ethiopian restaurants that I have been to. Every type of food that I tried was delicious! The service is fast and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, you get a lot of good food for your money. I’ve never left feeling hungry! There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to check out.
