Highly recommend this hidden Gem! Authentic Korean cuisine with very reasonable price and excellent customer service! We ordered beef short rib bibimbap, the crunchy rice at the bottom of the stone pot mixed with other ingredients and sauce is just so yummy! Spicy seafood tofu stew and the fried chicken are out of the world! The owner is so friendly, he gave us free dumplings and sweet potato dessert to try even we are so full already! He took the customer service to another level! Great experience from the start to the end. Will definitely come back to try the Korean barbecue next time!

Went there cause the place seems fairly new. Ordered two entrees. Turns out the food tastes great, and is a lot portion wise. We ended up having to ask for a carry out cause there was still a lot of leftovers despite eating so much. It was like getting 3 dishes for the price of 2.
The only complaint is that the servers tend to think that you’re there for the all-you-can-eat special, so you’ll have to let them know what you really want there.

I had Jja jiang myun, Jjampong, and Tank su yuk, and they were pretty good! I am Korean and I would say they were pretty authentic. I’m so happy we finally have Korean Chinese food near the UMD campus! I highly recommend this place!

This Korean BBQ restaurant rivals Honey Pig in quality, but at half the price!
Price: Incredible value at just $20 for lunch and $25 for dinner per person. For comparison, College Park MeatUp charges $30, and Greenbelt Iron Pig is $35+ for dinner. These prices feel like a throwback to 10 years ago.
Food: High-quality meats, well-marinated and delicious. Complimentary sides include steamed eggs, four banchan (side dishes), spicy soup, and rice. The owner mentioned that they source their meats from nearby Grand Mart grocery stores.
Service: Friendly and attentive servers make the dining experience even better.
Tips:
1. Portions are generous, so order smaller amounts at first.
2. Start with non-marinated meats (e.g., pork belly, beef brisket) before trying marinated options like beef jumulruk or marinated pork belly—highly recommended!

Just happened to pass by and decided to try it. I got the Bulgogi rice and it was very tasty and tender. It was served with pickled chayote and kimchi which were also both good. They served complementary chips and salsa while waiting for my food; the chips were hot and the salsa was good. I would come back here whenever I’ll get a craving for Korean food.

This place is a hidden gem. The best part about the Korean BBQ is that they actually cook the meat for you which I haven’t experienced before (usually you cook the meat yourself). It was a nice touch to not have to do the work yourself. The space itself was also very spacious and clean.

If there were some way for me to give extra stars, I would. Today was my third time visiting Gogi and each time, my experience was amazing.
The young lady that served me on both occasions that I ate in, has the sweetest personality. She had no issue with explaining the meals to me when I had questions. She also gave the best service.
The dim lighting of this establishment gives it a relaxing ambiance.
A gentleman (he may have been the owner) came over to explain the introduction of a new item on the menu. He was thorough in his explanation of the sauces, as well.
It’s easy to make Gogi a weekly (or more) addition to my eating out list.

Authentic Korean Food, very generous portion, I tried the Gimbap and Jjamppong
(spicy seafood noodle soup) and it was great, not to mention, they also have Bingsoo, can be a good place to hang out, there are plenty of TV, the only thing I wished is that they play more Kpop music which can improve the atmosphere.
