I have traveled through every country in Central America (except Belize) and I have been to Mexico twice, visiting almost every state in the country. This place, not only re-creates some of that energy, but the dishes are bang-on genuine phenomenal Mexican food. You can expect good portion sizes, good service, good prices, and the classic Mexican iced beverages are as high-quality as I’ve ever had (no beer, so don’t come with that expectation). I am a pretty well traveled individual, and this is a hidden gem in a place I absolutely did not expect to find it. I recommend 100% without reservation, get here as soon as you can.

1. Service was professional tacos were the best i’ve ever had in twenty years.Would I recommend this restaurant!!!! Absolutely. One hundred percent way better than the new haven trucks way better than any restaurant imitation mexican food!!! If you come here, not only are their prices reasonable, but try everything on the menu. It’s phenomenal in the food taste very authentically quality.

Food was phenomenal, very authentic and tasty. We ordered the birria tacos with consomé, flautas and aguas frescas, everything was spectacular and full of flavor.
The decor was also beautiful, especially the hand-painted artwork on the sides of the boths which was bursting with color and whimsy.
I would highly recommend visiting for the food and atmosphere, as well as the great service 🙂

I was skeptical about this restaurant, but as always. I give everyone a fair chance and I’m glad I did. The customer service is amazing they make you feel at home, the food although it may take a minute or two sometimes, it’s well worth it. Always fresh and flavorful

We order from here at least once a week on Grubhub (sometimes twice). I work late nights, so it’s nice to have a spot that is always serving breakfast.
The food is incredible. We usually order pancakes and a breakfast fusion plate or a burrito with birria (either chicken or steak). It always arrives carefully packed, and the food is hot and just made. The ingredients are also always fresh (and their salsa Verde is my favorite).
