The restaurant was dead! Literally nobody in there. Asked for a children’s menu as we had a child with us. We were told by the server that they don’t have one and we can just order off the main menu and just take the leftovers home. Sorry, I don’t want a $19 order of pasta for a child. Pretty ridiculous that an Italian restaurant don’t offer sides of pasta.
We ordered entrees with side salads. This was the most pathetic excuse for a “salad” I’ve ever seen. Literally romaine lettuce and ONE grape tomato. No onions, no cucumber, no carrots, literally one grape tomato. I literally laughed in the guys face. The bread they serve was undercooked and mushy.
Entrees came out and they were embarrassing. The chicken parm was burnt, chewy and soggy all at the same time. The salad my wife ordered was not fresh. Overall it was just a bad experience and we will not be returning.
Taking out has primarily been our main service at the restaurant, even when they are very busy, the service is very good, and despite the rush of orders coming in, the quality of the food never disappoints or has left me unsatisfied.
I offered to send her a picture of the food, which she agreed upon. After 2 minutes of not having sent her the picture, she called me back telling me she was waiting for the picture. (For some reason I am unable to post photo here).
1 minute later I sent her the picture. She immediately called me back and told me that’s exactly what their chicken cacciatore looks like. There was no point in arguing. I had the food. There was no red sauce to be seen and I tasted no marinara sauce.

As an aside- do not change anything on your order or ask for anything extra (even if you think it should come with your order.)
I asked for sauce on the side. They charge $2 just for the container.
If you ask for butter for the bread, they charge you $2 for that also.
Every restaurant I have ordered to take food out, they automatically give me butter and if I ask for sauce to be on the side, they have no problem doing that with no charge.
If the restaurant has plastic silverware, they add that to the take out bag also.
I realize that these items cost money but I would think that when a person is paying for a meal, they would receive these very minor requests that other restaurants wouldn’t think about charging for.
Also- I do find this restaurant a bit higher priced than others that are similar.
