This was my first time ever coming to my significant others job and visiting this luxurious destination. The music and atmosphere give you a Hollywood like, fine dining experience. The food here was phenomenal. I ordered the seafood risotto and the salmon dip with kettle chips. My service was enhanced by the following individuals: Isaac, Vaughn, Anna and Emma. The servers frequently visited our table to check to see how everything was going. The food was delivered by Vaughn, the head chef to elevate the experience. The food has a flavor like no other. It was a carnival of textiles, bursting with flavor and had high visual merchandising appeal. My partner had a great birthday experience. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our excellent first time.

The ambiance and menu selection were great.
Our server was amazing.
However, the ahi tuna poke had an off smell, so I did not eat the protein, the pickled cucumber that came with the poke was amazing. I was also disappointed with the dessert. The salted chocolate ganache was overdone with salt. Each bite of the ice cream tasted like salt bits. However the pecan flavor was great.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the three-course Thanksgiving meal. The squash soup and seasonal salad were fresh and delicious, while the main course of turkey and mashed potatoes was flawless. The pumpkin pie tasted homemade and was a sweet ending to a great Thanksgiving. We also enjoyed a seasonal espresso martini and old fashioned, both great. The service was excellent and wait time was minimal. Can’t wait to try the normal menu.

Outstanding across the board. Food, service, atmosphere. Four of us went for Thanksgiving. Two ordered the fixed turkey menu, two ordered off the normal menu. We had oysters, meatballs, salad, pork shoulder, mashed potatoes, etc. Everything was perfectly seasoned and well balanced. I am not a fan of squash but ordered the squash soup and it was phenomenal, not overly sweet like most, lots of layers. The chef here knows what they are doing. Will definitely be back.

Sat at the bar, nice place. Convenient for a quick but yummy meal.

The Adler and Ash burger was tasty. I wouldn’t say it’s special but decent. No blue cheese stuffed olive for my dirty martini but the server made up for it by being so attentive.
Happy Hour was pretty good. $10 menu list was pleasant surprise. I had flatbread, watermelon salad (?).

Firm dinner was so good. From the avocado to the toasted sourdough bread to the cevice and salmon and steak and bon bons…amazing.

Food exceeded our expectations! Great portion and good value. The restaurant is part of the Sheraton hotel, so it’s a bit difficult to find. The address will take you to the back of the hotel where you’ll be greeted with a sign telling you to go to the front of the hotel. Not ideal and a bit waste of time. Go to the main entrance of the Sheraton and follow signs once inside. We enjoyed breakfast and the coffee was good. We would come back for sure.

Alder & Ash offers a polished New American dining experience in the heart of downtown Seattle. The restaurant combines a stylish interior with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, making it suitable for both casual meetings and evening dinners. The menu reflects Pacific Northwest influences with thoughtfully prepared dishes and well-balanced flavors. Their craft cocktails are carefully curated and complement the food selection nicely. Service is attentive and professional, contributing to a smooth overall experience. While pricing aligns with its downtown hotel location, the ambiance and presentation make it a worthwhile option.

This restaurant is located inside the Marriott hotel that’s close to the convention center in downtown Seattle. It’s upscale, clean, love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, the food delicious (I ordered the Alder & Ash breakfast, my friend ordered the West Coast Toast) and the aesthetic is so elegant. The menu is simple but I was happy I was able to order a mimosa. They also have a small breakfast buffet available until 11am. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.
