Hi, I’ve been to Taqueria Aldama and I can honestly say the food is absolutely delicious. The flavors are authentic, and everything is made fresh. The service has always been great in my experience — the staff are kind, attentive, and truly hardworking.
Sure, sometimes it might take a little longer when they’re busy, but that’s only because they care about getting everything just right. A single slow visit doesn’t define the whole restaurant. Just because someone had one bad experience doesn’t mean the place isn’t good. I definitely recommend giving it a try — it’s worth it!

Stopped by for lunch for the first time at Adamas. I got a skirt steak burrito and it was delicious! Cant believe i had never been there before. The skirt steak was beautifully marinated and diced in nice chunks. Will definitely be stopping there for lunch more often and i will be trying more stuff there.
