Lovely restaurant/bar with elevated cocktails. The cocktail menus changes often and they don’t replace the ingredients, so there’s no point in posting which ones we liked. We just ordered bread because we weren’t very hungry. They served several types of bread with three kinds of butter. We had a very nice time and will return when in the area. Street parking only. Wow, wow, wow! My first dining experience at Alchemy did not disappoint. From the curb appeal to the dessert it was pure perfection. Hands down best entrée I’ve had in a restaurant! This steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Honestly, this was a culinary experience I wasn’t expecting but was delighted to have! The ambiance of the “bar” was incredible and I would highly recommend over the dining room as it just has something special about it with the wood and windows. Great for girlfriends out on the town and sensual enough for date night with your lover.

Excellent date night. Certainly among the “finer” dining experiences we’ve had in southern Oregon, but still casual ambiance and lots of great outdoor seating. Very professional service, lovely playing, great flavors. The halibut cheeks, tuna carpaccio, and panna cotta were our favorites of the night. The cocktails were incentive and mostly very well executed. We liked that it was a block away from downtown so there was less traffic and road noise outside.

This was a fantastic experience we ordered a bunch of delicious apps. Each one was as good if not better than the next we shared a wedding anniversary year bottle of wine. And still made it in time to grab wine and seats for the show! Would definitely recommend for celebrating any occasion!

The most perfect dining experience, period. Quality of food and presentation, top notch! The chef has truly mastered his craft, and it shines through in every dish, without exception. Quality of service, unmatched in this tiny, service oriented town, which is saying a lot. Atmosphere, comfortable, warm, inviting, fine dining atmosphere, with no pretension. Alchemy restaurant is located in the Winchester Inn. It’s very cozy. The food is presented like a piece of art and taste wonderful. Everything was delicious. It’s pricey but worth it. Costomer service is super.

Delicious, beautifully presented courses and daily special. The Mushroom Mushroom was outstanding as was all other options. The stacked Caesar salad was delicious and fresh. Good wine list,very creative cocktails!
