I repeated my order very clearly and they just couldnt figure it out i guess… i ask for a BRC burrito (bean rice cheese) with carne asada. Tell my why i got a burrito with everything and they charged me 19$ for a burrito…. Yikes never going here again.

We walked in and looked at the menu because this was our first time. Young lady was very kind while we tried to figure out what to order. Great service and we got to try the flamin hot burrito. Was absolutely delicious and light sour cream which was a perfect amount. Will be coming back for sure

To start they couldn’t hear us thru the mic had to repeat the order once we got to the window…… we got 2 tacos de asada witch where salty as…. like not good .like bad and also got the carne asada fries which where the same. Salty as. I know it’s late but still people can taste the difference when tasting the food..

I waited at the speaker for like 20 minutes and he didn’t even greet me or anything , when I got my food and opened it they gave me little bit of beans and rice like I’m already paying $15 for this plate and I can’t get the right amount of beans and rice ? The food was cold didn’t taste good at all !! And had to ask him to put cheese on my beans it should come with it already and he put one pinch of it the guy that did my food was very stingy , I won’t come here again!

Came to this restaurant for lunch. I was greeted by polite employees. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. There was an A rating.we ordered our meals and the taste was incredible. Many great items to choose from. The prices are comparable to many other fast food chains. We will be frequenting this great place often.

I ordered A California burrito and it was terrible. They do not use Carne Asada. Taste like ground beef smothered in grease . The fries were Awful. Just soggy Wet potatoes. It didn’t even have guac or sour cream, like the burrito says it has in the description on their online menu. I’m not a picky eater at all, but I could barely finish this burrito. Horrible quality meat. Gross! $13 wasted. At least the staff was friendly.

I paid $12.00 for a large drink and 2 TACOS. At first I said those are expensive tacos, but when I opened my CARNE ASADA TACOS…OMG THEY WERE HUGE. I almost had a hard time finishing one taco. I must admit these tacos are a must try!!! If you want big large tortilla tacos… come to Albertos..!!! You will not be disappointed. Yummy !!!
