Very friendly, very great customer support. Got many orders from them and were always correct and receptive. Highly recommend.

My visit to this restaurant was an exceptionally bad experience. In the middle of providing my order, the worker disappeared and ended the conversation leaving me confused. Attempts to reestablish the conversation through the intercom were met with silence. Thinking there could be a technological issue, I proceeded to the window and saw the individual I was talking to had removed their headset off.

In an attempt to complete my order I waited patiently within eye sight. After a few minutes without acknowledgment, I knocked on the closed drive through window to clearly show I was trying to communicate. The person glanced at me and quickly turned away, ignoring me entirely. I continued to wait thinking I would soon be attended to, but after several minutes without acknowledgment, I chose to leave empty handed. In an attempt to clear my own confusion, I called the restaurant to explain the situation, I was met with hostility and rudeness.

Ironically, I drove a few minutes down the road to Tacos El Juanito, which was significantly busier, but was met with kindness and speedy service. Ultimately my trip to this establishment was disappointing and a complete waste of my time. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere.

This used to be the best Mexican food in the city. This place is a joke and absolutely disgusting now. This place has lost its way and the service and food show because of it. What is the point of the 5 extra pounds of lettuce on the taco? The burrito was super dry and the tortilla tasted burnt. Do not bother with this location.

This is insanity. I used to come here because its open at all hours and was fairly cheap. But now for an add on of sour cream its $2.50 PER BURRITO?! So $5 for a spoonfull of sour cream on 2 burritos? Ill just go buy the sour cream myself at that rate. Sad to say I will not be back to this location or any others if this is their new business practice. That feels like absolute robbery to charge that much for sour cream.
Clearly you can see how much is even on the burrito at all.

You can’t go inside this place but, I stood in front of the window, where she seen me, for about 5-10 mins without being acknowledged. So I left. After, I noticed this locations’ price are more than other’s.

I only come here for the asada fries and I’ve never had a bad experience. I can’t say much about the rest of the food but the asada fries come in a big container, like the ones you would get at Panda Express. The flavor is very good and the salsas they give you are very good as well. I can’t think of another place in the area that serves better asada fries than here.

I stopped eating here because the taquitos sold to me were actually old and tasted bad! Ok, everyone has an off day! Then, I ask for a taco salad and am given a flat tostada shell with lettuce mostly! When I told the girl thats not what I ordered, she says that what they have. And the guaca-water!!! No, never again. I don’t know how they stay in business! Must be people unfamiliar with their food still going!

Really good traditional SoCal Mexican food which is pretty consistent between their franchises. This time going, the fish taco was nicely fried and had a good balance of sauce and veggies. Also had some rolled tacos, but they were a bit overcooked and too crunchy (truly had to be careful chewing not to hurt myself). The double drive thru was a cool novelty… Which lane will you choose (and does it even matter?)?

Ordered a California burrito and a soda. Soda was flat and horrible, tasted like dirty faucet water, then when I pulled my food out of the bag I found a roach in my napkins. Definitely not coming back to this place it’s obviously not taken care of or clean.
