We came during what appears to be a slow part of the day for the “Food Hall” and my wife and I decided to eat here and damn I’m glad we did. The burrito was fat, full of flavor and very delicious. The Quesabirria is the plate my wife chose and my wife loved every single bite. The service by the staff was also excellent. The guy with tattoos on both arms was very fantastic and highly professional towards us.

Tried salchipapas, breakfast burrito, quesabirrias everything so good even the salsas were spicy! I like spicy.. about the complains of the lady’s attitude its true, other than that i enjoyed all the food i tried! This is not your typical albertos it tastes different

I’ve been eating at Albertos for over 20 years! They usually have yummy food! This is my first time at the Victoria Gardens location. It was quite the shock. I had to ask the cook to wear gloves. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! It truly grossed me out!!!! He was fumbling around while cooking He was messing with his earpod, and talking on his phone all while cooking. I insisted he wore gloves when he made my order. I definitely will not be back! LOL!!!!!!!! Craziness!

I started with the guacamole, which was perfectly creamy and had just the right amount of lime. The main course was the carne asada tacos—juicy, tender, and loaded with authentic spices that took me right to the heart of Mexico. The salsas were homemade and packed a punch. The women that was hired at the counter was extremely rude and treated me like a dog, before approaching the counter she swooshed me and my family away, mind you it said they were still open! She raised her voice at us saying that she will not accept to give us service!!! She was jiggling on top of an already made meal. I think they were on break but that was still very rude and i will never forget it.

I’ll get straight to why we all ever go to any Albertos.
Compared to other Albertos the fries in the carne asada fries were way too soggy, especially for using thin fries. Even the ones that weren’t coated in the toppings were soggy. The flavor was good. However, they use way fewer toppings than other locations. Skimped heavily on the meat. The salsa bar is great since you get to pour your own salsa and get as much of it as you want.
It’s carne asada fries from Albertos, so you’re still gonna enjoy them cause they can’t be horrible. However, out of the many locations I’ve tried, this is my least enjoyable Albertos experience so far.
