I USED TO GO TO ALBERTOS IN WILMINGTON CA AND WAS DELICIOUS FOOD. NOW IN CYPRESS FOUND THIS ALBERTOS AND ITS PERFECT. GREAT FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY HAVE SO MANY YUMMY DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM. DEFINITELY COMING HERE AGAIN.

Not the place if you have a disability or special food requirements or you don’t have a tough stomach. I got sick off the meat before but I liked their breakfast burrito without egg and without meat because of health reasons. I ordered one today even after repeating my order twice and I got one with meat. Just not the place for me. Inconsistent staff

That was the worst surf and turf and California burrito I ever had. Flavorless California burrito. Surf and turf had about 4 pieces of meat and the rest was rice, some.bacon, shrimp sparingly and lots of sauce that tasted like straight sugar. Never again

I’m only writing this view because my money was wasted. Had to throw out an egg chorizo burrito because the chorizo was actually inedible and not chewable. Plus I had to wait like 15 minutes in the drive through because the car ahead of me seemingly had a large order.

This place has never disappointed. Came recommended by a friend and it holds up to their standards. Prices are reasonable. Wait times are normal, since they are preparing food. Carne Asada Quesadilla is really good.

I heard that joint is not owned by Mexican people,, I heard is owned by someone from India….. Bad customer service. The lady had a mean attitude while I was ordering. I had asked her 2 simple questions. I got the carne Asada burrito and it was alright. Nothing stood out. Food didn’t seem fresh as they had a big pot of carne asada to reheat for customers.

I am sorry to say this but the food was disgusting . I was supposed to go to Albertacos which has good California burrito but I went to Albertos by mistake. Service took forever. Drive through was not so busy but i really got to the window and waited forever to actually get burritos with burnt meat.. Their burritos were really bad honestly. That was the second time I go there by accident since I kept confusing the two restaurants. Burrito was full of onions. Had no flavor but onions and burnt meat. I didn’t see any cheese in it so I’m assuming they forgot to add cheese! I couldn’t finish it. I would’ve returned the food but it was take out so I just threw some of it in trash. I added this restaurant to my black list which I will never ever go back to. This is my personal opinion but the food was really disgusting.
