Alberto’s is a small cozy restaurant in an older farmhouse located between Hendersonville and Gallatin. We serve delicious Brazilian, Italian and French dishes in a homey environment. Join us for dinner. Saturdays we offer a special brunch menu in addition to the regular menu. Take-out available Tue-Sat during our regular hours. Order or reserve online or by phone. We recommend you make reservations. Ask us about catering possibilities and private events.

We tried Alberto’s for the first time tonight! The appetizers were amazing. The Shrimp Carbonara was to die for! We got cocktails and I would not recommend to have cocktail hour here. The desserts looked delicious but they think the strawberry pistachio cheesecake sat too long I think. Flavor was there but it was hard and dried out. Overall the appetizers and main courses stole the show and I’d still give it 4 stars!

What a great place! It’s in an older home. Has a brick cellar. There are several rooms to eat in. Nice for privacy and coziness. It’s hidden away a little bit. You’ll see the sign and then turn down the one way driveway to get down to the house. The entry is on the right. The owner Fernanda makes art that’s beautiful. The food was amazing. They were able to accommodate allergies. The menu has marked gluten free by the dishes that they can make that way. They also have gluten free spaghetti noodles. You can bring your own wine and they uncork it. Pretty great experience. Our waitress was great! Thanks for the great service!

My review was a little dated so I wanted to revisit Google to say that Albertos is still amazing. The service, food, desserts, vibe…everything was excellent.
I did make a reservation each time we planned to eat here, so I cannot speak for “walk-in” services. The restaurant is small so I do recommend calling ahead.
I did mess up my online reservation so I had to call to get some help. The person I spoke with was very helpful and corrected my mistake quickly.
Original review from 07/2022: Such a cozy and classy little restaurant/bakery. The service was wonderful and the food delicious. We made a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. We had dinner, & I would like to go back for brunch sometime soon. The prices were a bit more than I initially expected, but everything tasted so fresh and seemed to be made with high quality ingredients so totally worth it. The desserts were beautiful and they had a wide variety to choose from. We happily drove over an hour and cannot wait to go back!

Alberto’s in Gallatin, Tennessee, proved to be a pleasant surprise for a last-minute Saturday evening dinner choice. While initially expecting Brazilian cuisine, the restaurant leaned more towards other regional fare, but this did not detract from the overall experience. Despite being the only patrons in the restaurant, we were greeted warmly and promptly attended to. The food, though not what we anticipated, was exceptional in flavor and richness, exceeding our expectations. We sampled three dishes, each bursting with delicious flavors and served in generous portions. The cleanliness of the establishment was notable, contributing to a comfortable dining environment. The manager’s friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the experience, further enhancing our satisfaction. The desserts were a highlight, offering a sweet conclusion to the meal. However, it’s worth noting that while the food was outstanding, the prices felt slightly steep. Nevertheless, in a time where everything seems to come at a premium, Alberto’s still warrants a return visit for its quality offerings and inviting atmosphere. We are waited More than 1 hour at Restaurant after ordering 6 portions of coxinhas for Dine-in, and they brought us some bread after 45 minutes first! And then we need to ask staff for our order, because they bring just 1 portion of our order after 1 hour, and when they finally finished our order after more then 2 ours we were waiting, they bring us Coxinhas that picture below! It’s was totally stressful for our family!!!

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. My sister reserved a room for 20 for brunch following her wedding. The room was crammed and only one waitress assisted with our party. The food took up to an hour after we had ordered. We were not pleased with the quality of the food at all. My salad, which was wrong, had nearly a cup of cheese. The omelet ingredients were not chopped and had an entire piece of ham and huge slices of onions. Instead of hash browns, we were served tater tots. One plate was brought out at a time. Overall, it was terrible service. I’m sad that my sister spent $100 reserving a room for a large group when they were so poorly prepared to serve us. We would have been better off going to Cracker Barrel or First Watch.

What a fantastic little gem at a place I would not have expected. Love the cozy and inviting space that serves some great food. You do not get an entire array of food but what you get is great food prepared well. Several twists of spaghetti, risotto, and other category. I’ve had one of the best spaghetti carbonerra I’ve ever had. Spaghetti was aldente and seasoned perfectly. The risotto was delicious but a little too runny and the pastel beef was very large and tasty. We’ll definitely be back. Brunch looks like a winner here because the brunch menu is larger than dinner. Tea time on Fridays 2 to 4. Not set up for large parties or rush.

I wish I remembered our waitress’s name. She was great. The food was good with large portion sizes. The dining area was cozy. We had a party of 11 and had the best service. I highly recommend and will try to go again next time I am in town.

The food was phenomenal! Seriously devoured everything we ordered. 100% will be back. Not sure if it’s Brazilian but then again I don’t know their cuisine, but still great overall. Our server was very nice and didn’t bombard you to see if you’re okay a ton. Really confused about the bad reviews because I was truly surprised and even more satisfied than expected. Portions are very generous and I’m thrilled to have the leftovers. You will spend a little more per person than a casual dining restraunt but it’s till not overly expensive and again the portions are large so it’s at least two meals in one. People complain about the server not coming over enough on here and I think that’s ridiculous. She came over enough and we never were in need of anything so I don’t see peoples issue there. I’m telling all my friends and family to come eat here! We got the Brie toast, shrimp carbonara, and salmon risotto. Delish!
