Poor customer service/incorrect pricing. The wings online show a pricing of $7.95 I called to verify this price and was told that was correct so I ordered them in addition to my chicken sub with no lettuce no mushroom. When I arrived they charged me $15.95 for the wings even though the price showed different and the clerk verified the price shown. None the less I just paid for it rather than go back and forth. Once I got home I noticed that my chicken sub has lettuce which I am allergic to so I called to inform them and they told me to bring it back. I explained that I live 20 minutes away and would not be back today but that they could correct it the next time instead of doing a refund. The young boy on the phone was very rude so I asked to speak to management, they went back and forth arguing because no one wanted to speak with me. I offered to send pictures so that they could see the order was wrong. Management then got on the phone and told me to either bring the sandwich back tonight or put the sandwich in a cooler and bring back another day when I am able to otherwise they would not replace it even though I opted to send pictures of the messed up order.

So I ordered a club sub with a side order of onion rings, which I paid a dollar extra for they bring out my food and my side of onion rings included four Single onion rings, and when I went up to the counter to ask the server about it, he came back out with a bowl with another three single onion rings, another ordered the fish fillet, and it came with three little Fish nuggets on a bun. And when I said something to him about it, he said, are you mad? My sandwich was good but I’m very very very disappointed about my young earrings. My mom had trouble keeping the three little nuggets on his sandwich. They kept falling off. We came here for her birthday, so yeah, probably not gonna order that again.

Was so disappointed in the spaghetti and meat sauce. It tasted like Chef Boyardee right out of the can. On a good note, their bread was delicious. With a name like Albaro, you expect authentic pasta!

They are even worse than last year. But last Italian place left around West point. Have better at gas station than here. Can’t even toast buns for steak sub. Soggy mess.

My wife and I stopped in and were immediately delighted by the friendly, family atmosphere. We ordered two appetizers, the garlic knots and the calamari. The calamari was warm, lightly breaded with a hint of garlic seasoning. The garlic knots were similar to French bread dipped in garlic butter. We also ordered a roast beef and swiss panini and the lobster stuffed ravioli. We’re loved the ravioli. The insides were warm and the sauce was light without smothering the ravioli. The server and the owner were both friendly, helpful and attentive without being underfoot or annoying. Parking was readily available. The store was easily seen from the street. The store was easily handicap accessible. The table spacing was good for bringing a wheelchair to and from the tables. I didn’t visit the restrooms.

Ordered Hawaiian pizza and Supreme pizza both extra large. For myself a pizza has to not only taste great but look great! They deliver both in my opinion. I will be going back for more!!!

Best pizza I have had for a very long time. We got takeout not really knowing how good it would be and I gotta say the pizza is AMAZING! Very pleasant experience with ease of ordering thru telephone and when arriving at the restaurant our order was out right away after paying. Took about three minutes tops actually inside the restaurant! Pretty awesome! An excellent eating option you will not regret.

It’s definitely not a gourmet italiano restaurant. I think it’s the only one in town….it shows. I thought the poor waitress was alone in the store. She said the owner, his son, and a dishwasher were in the back. Shame on that owner. The food was definitely microwaved. The salad was a day away from turning Brown. The waitress was super sweet and seemed to be doing her best. I’ll never Go Back. I don’t recommend this as a place to eat. Maybe their pizza is good

Our friends who live in town made the recommendation for take out. It was very good! The portions are generous. My husband got the lasagna, it comes with side salad and bread, he really enjoyed it. I got the calamari as appetizer to share they were tasty too! We recommend, dinner for 6 was $110. and it included 2 apps. We’d go back when visiting for sure.

Almost missed this place, I’m glad we didn’t. Ordered the meat lovers pizza, wife had the steak sub. You can tell Albarro & co put a lot of effort into what they’re making and it definitely shows. One of the few hidden gems to eat in the area. Will absolutely be back!
