I’ve been coming here since a child . New owners great now yesterday I went service and food was still the same giving nostalgia. However ,my brother went today and was giving a half pan the price is 20 dollars if that’s the case the price should be decreased. I don’t believe we should get half of a sandwich for 20 dollars that’s crazy in the economy . DONT CHANGE UP THINGS LIKE THAT . I will be posting pics the full pan is how it’s been for over 15 years myself and other will gladly pay 20 dollars for .The second would be what happened today .

Ordered over $100 worth of food for my co workers. Got notified at 11:58 that my order was ready. Drove 15 minutes there. When I got there my order wasn’t even made. Cashier said it would be 15min. Waited an additional 30 min (not even exaggerating because I still need to get to work) cashier gave no updates. When I asked again about my order cashier was either irritated or embarrassed. And decided to give a nasty attitude and ignored me. Then said I can just get a refund….. order was made at 11:30 and cancelled right before 1:00pm. Manager was in the back having a meeting during the rush. Customers coming in and out. My call in order just got pushed to back or misplaced. All good. things happen. I’ve worked in fast food before. it be like that. No need to be rude or not remedy the situation. At my old job we were taught to make things right with the customers. With better training and organization practices these things could be less bothersome. I’m not mad that my food wasn’t ready. The situation was handled poorly and I could have been 15 late instead of a hour late for work.

I’ve been coming to Albano’s Pizzeria for years, back when Giovanni, the grandfather, ran the place, and it was a true gem. Unfortunately, the quality and integrity of this restaurant have declined significantly over time.
I recently ordered an open-face Italian beef, dipped, with hot peppers on the side. The bill came out to $18 and some change. For that price, I expected the same hearty portion and quality I used to enjoy. Instead, they’ve drastically reduced the amount of meat, raised the price, and the quality of the beef is questionable at best.
To top it off, they now have the nerve to charge a 4% fee for non-cash payments, hitting every customer with this extra charge. It’s ridiculous. This place no longer takes pride in its food or respects its customers and their hard-earned money.
If you’re looking for great Italian beef and good service, spend your money elsewhere. Albano’s is no longer the place it once was.

I usually only come here for the Italian beefs, this is the 3rd beef I got from there where the meat is VERY thick & I have to over chew to consume. The beefs are normally shredded thinly and easy to swallow but lately the beef has been too thick. The hot pepper oil also isn’t the same, the hot pepper oil literally taste like straight oil. It doesn’t have the vinegary taste with a spice to it, it tastes like straight oil a spice. I love Albanos beefs literally my go to when I have a taste for an Italian beef. Also, if the beefs are going to be $20 at least make the beef fill the WHOLE pan not half. I’m not complaining about the price because it will definitely be worth it if the slightly changes I pointed out will change. I would hope this comment will change the texture of the beefs and make them thinly sliced & easy to consume & bring back their original hot pepper oil & size of the beefs.

I purchased their cheesy beef. I must say I was disappointed. I purchased more than once to give a fair review. They charge $18 and you get less meat. They don’t even melt the mozzarella cheese to give it that brown melted look. The grade of beef is even thinner. Im done on purchasing the beef’s but on a brighter note, they have slices throughout the week. I must say I tried their Italian beef pizza slice and it was very good.

I have been going to Albanos for years like 10-15 I have never had a cheesy beef like this one there was barely any cheese or meat on there only bread this beef is too expensive to not be loaded they went from 9 dollars when I started to now 18 dollars for nothing don’t waste your money.

we have been customers for MANY years… we decided to order Pizza Puffs as we have had before. No one compares to size and taste! The only negative today would be the lack of spice…they have a solid thin crust pizza when cooked well-done is amazing!

I have been a customer since the 2000’s. I was in the area and decided to pick up a cheesy beef with cheese fries. Worst $27 I have spent on food. The mozzarella cheese on the beef wasn’t melted. The quality was definitely not there. Definitely won’t be back. John (RIP) never skipped a beat with the quality he served.

Ffffff this place man almost 30 dollars for a beef and cheese fry. I only stopped there cause the beef looked good in the pictures when I got home the beef looked nothing like the picture cheese was barely melted I d9nt live close asked for peppers on the side and the gave nothing. For 30 dollars you can get a steak dinner at most restaurants smfh!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!
