Looked this place after exploring the Smokey Mountain park for the day. Friendly greeter and waiter with a good sense of humor and recommendations. The crab soup was rich in flavor and had lots of nice pieces of crab in it. Wedge salad was an insanely large dish with nice chunks of blue cheese and tasty bacon bits, a nice pick! Ribeye was nicely done, good flavor with hint of smoke. Prime rib came with horseradish and au jus, a nice cut cooked to our liking. Well worth the visit.

Visited for family lunch. All of the food was fresh and flavorful! The homemade pita chips is a much try.
The Steak was cooked to the desired internal temp. The wife said the san Antonio Chicken was great, the baked potatoes were nicely done.

Food was good! Brussel sprouts are definitely recommend. Steak was cooked good (the 2nd time) but had great flavor! Was just passing through, we did enjoy our dinner but don’t believe it’s good enough to go out of our way to return.

We absolutely love this place & eat here everytime we stop by Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for a day trip or overnight. The wait on Saturday nights could be an hour plus, but its well worth the wait & I can always walk to other stores or relax in my car. The staff is always friendly & accommodating, & the food is always delicious! The San Antonio Chicken is my personal favorite here. It is also a good place to take your girl or wife to for a dinner date.

Another hit! We had not tried the Alamo in Pigeon Forge so we thought we’d give it a try. A yummy choice. Stan was great!
Today I chose the salad with homemade ranch dressing and of course the Horseradish Parmesan Filet. .
Jason had the same but with a vinaigrette dressing.
We arrived right before opening at 3:00 and there was line. We know to arrive early. It’s a favorite for many!

The food at Alamo Steakhouse was exceptional. We had about an hour wait, but it was well worth it—there’s great seating both inside and outside while you wait, which made it much more enjoyable. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We ordered ribeyes with baked potatoes and salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the stop!

Fast service good food. Our waiter was Scott F. He went out off his way to give me & my wife the best experience possible. He was super attentive & the way he interacted with the patrons was awesome. I had the T Bone with Brussels Sprouts & an add on of Scallops. The wife had the New Strip with Mashed potatoes. We shared the Cheese Sticks & both had French Onion Soup. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was where we chose to spend our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. All the food was top tier, service was incredible, and the atmosphere was what you would expect from an upper scale establishment. “The Steak” (20oz bone in rib eye) was better than I expected and I had high expectations. Hannah, our server, was a class act, incredibly kind, and beyond professional. If you are on the fence for a stellar steak house, please do yourself a favor and give The Alamo a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Plan ahead they have very long wait times the food and the service was outstanding. We had a larger party so we did have to wait a little bit longer. They quoted us an hour and a half, but the table was ready and 50 minutes.
We started off with the crab dip and mozzarella sticks as appetizers, and they were finished very quickly. Everybody enjoyed them.
To make my review a little more simple we had the kids state with mashed potatoes for the kids, and the adults had a variation of the different steaks. I’ll cooked medium well along with mashed potatoes or baked potato.
The meat selection was great. They had very tender and juicy meats that were easy to cut and not super chewy with great grilled seasoning.
Felix was our waiter. He was on top of it, making sure that everybody had their drinks full that we had what we ordered in our order was correct and he waited on all of us all by himself. He was super kind and understanding
This is decorated what I would describe as some light water decor. There were wood benches outside and a few other things on the wall, but it had a very clean organized look it wasn’t overly cluttered.
The restaurant was very clean. I would like to shout out the bathroom, hands scrub as all the ladies in our party enjoyed the hands scrub in the bathrooms.

Food: scallop and bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers were melt in your mouth delicious! Horseradish Parmesan crusted steak tips and shrimp skewer special – highly recommend! “The Steak” was cooked perfectly and so good!! The wedge salad was huge and very tasty. The serving sizes are huge!
