It was our first time here. It wasn’t busy. Its a nice and cozy coffee place. Our grandson enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, especially the swings. Our drinks was good. We will return. Keep up the good work.

Really loved the vibe of this place. The coffee was great. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing that stood out. Still, the overall experience was very enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back for the coffee and ambiance alone. A solid choice for a casual hangout or a coffee break.

My husband and I enjoyed a latte, a drip coffee, and three pastries. Everything was excellent! My peach danish had generous amounts of cream cheese and peaches. The pastries were flavorful and delicate. I so appreciate that the baker doesn’t skimp on flavor.

My recent visit to Alamo Coffee in Lampasas was disappointing. After ordering an Americano and two waters, the employee taking my order appeared unfamiliar with the drink and repeatedly complained about workplace issues. The beverage I received was not what I ordered, and when my wife inquired about having it remade, the employee stated she would be personally charged for the correction. Whether accurate or not, this created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I will be choosing other coffee options in the future.

We were in town from Idaho visiting our daughter. Stopped here for coffee on our way to the airport. My husband got the iced pumpkin latte and it was amazing! It tasted like a slice of pumpkin pie . I ordered the Asian Cowboy and was just as delicious. Very strong but so so good! The coffee shop is absolutely adorable and it makes you feel like you want to sit and stay a while. I wish we had been able to. The sweet girl that helped us seemed a little busy but she was still very nice. Thanks for the great coffee Alamo! We’ll be spreading the word about this great spot!

I had a smoothie that was very refreshing but I doubt it was very healthy. It tasted fairly sweet and as if it was made from concentrate and not from fresh fruit. I was disappointed. The location was good, right on US281. There are better coffee options in Lampasas.

If you’re after a strong, smooth coffee that stands up to its bold taste without harsh edges, Alamo Coffee is worth trying — especially if you enjoy exploring different roast levels and blends in a casual café setting. I recommend the Vietnamese coffee.

Loved the swings! Great pastries. For my special needs parents: clean, large, one stall restroom, so I left comfortable taking my son.

Going to be honest. My expectations weren’t high and they never are going into a coffee joint I’ve never had. But this coffee far exceeded my expectations. Iced Oat Latte is absolutely delicious. Thanks!
The 12” long straw was an extra bonus. Minimal effort to get the elixir to my cranium.
