Update: since this experience I haven’t had one nearly as bad as this the pizza is good and the cheesecake is delicious glad I tried it again after the bad first impression.
I know it’s the Superbowl but I really can’t accept this experience. Driver was amazing even went back to the restaurant to get an extra pizza. Reason why because our order took over 2 hours to get here and unfortunately they didn’t even bring us 1 of the pizza we actually ordered. We got 2 random meat covered pizzas and all we ordered was extra cheese & chicken. The extra pizza was nice but I’m still not happy with getting 2 pizzas I can’t eat. Wings are good but this was a terrible experience. Glad I ordered them since it was the only think I could eat from a $50 order. I think what we originally ordered would’ve been good and I could’ve eaten this one if not for the other meats. Ordered through slice.

I really enjoyed the food but now I can’t order from them anymore, I paid extra for the to give me there western fries Instead of the crappie greasy normal fries with my chicken tenders yet they just decided take my money and still send the nasty fries along with a second bag. Unfortunately I will no longer order from them after this.

dry wings, cold pizza that was cut like the person had 2 fingers. they must have ran out of pizza sauce so they just spilled buffalo sauce all over half the pizza. this place is absolute trash

Just went back today after the store got burnt down 2 years ago and i must say aladdin sizzler is top tier and coming back with a boom. i ordered 2 pizzas a gyro and a kabob platter and was satisfied with all of it. 100/10 would recommend.

Placed an order for delivery two weeks ago. Order never arrived. I called that evening and no one answered so I went to the location in person and it was closed. Every time I call to get a refund since that evening, no one answers the phone. Went to the location two more times in person during business hours but they were closed. Called their DC location. They told me to call the manager and gave me a number. That number just rings. Google won’t let me leave zero stars.

I’ve enjoyed their Gyro’s and pizza fries. I must agree that their wings could be better with a little more attention to detail. Once Aladdin’s can establish a good sauced wing, they’ll be in a better position amongst the area restaurants. The owner should pay a visit every so often for food quality assurance. It doesn’t seem like there’s accountability for the quality of the food before it leaves the store. I order from DC and they’re pretty quick with delivery, that might be the trade off for quality meals.

I order through door dash and let’s just say it wasn’t the driver it was definitely the restaurant. The quality of the food was horrible! The salmon was bland and the buffalo boneless chicken is disgusting! Note, I ordered two meals. When I called to request spicy sauce the guy told me I would have to pay extra for the sauce. As I explained to him I ordered two different meals which means I should get two sauces, one for each meal. They ended up only giving me one. I will never order from there again and I highly recommend others not to as well!

I am from the NY/NJ area and they have the BEST gyros in the area. Even though I ordered late at night the lettuce tomatoes and onions were fresh and juicy, the meat tasted great and the tzaziki was amazing. Their fries are great too. Seriously, the best gyro I’ve had in the area since I moved from NY/NJ. So impressed!
