I don’t know if this place has gotten a new owner from the past year, but food and quality has changed. This used to be our go to spot for the gyro bowls and pita with hummus, but it had all changed. The chicken was extremely dry and hard, the salad that comes with the bowls had a very strong taste of vinegar, the rice was mush and bland… the rice was also microwaved right in front of us. Finally the appetizer of pita and hummus used to come with a few pieces of pita but now only comes with one. This is only the surface level of complaints. I feel like the food was not worth the price, and will be going somewhere else next time.

The food here are amazing!!! Taste really good. The combo plate gyro and chicken was so flavorful with great mix taste. The customer service was good too. The person behind the counter gave us a nice, warm welcoming and the cook even gave us a free desert. Warning, although the food are amazing, it is a bit pricey though. So if you don’t mind spending a lot, then so be it, come here.

Finally had a chance to check out this little gem of a restaurant and we were NOT disappointed! Very colorful, clean place with with a great ambiance. Friendly staff too! The gyros were about the best we’ve ever had. EXTREMELY generous portion of gyro meat on a pillowy pita and just enough Tzatziki sauce. Easily two times more meat than Dino’s and more variety on the menu. Very tasty homemade hummus. You really need to check this place out! We can’t wait to return and try more of the excellent food! Value and taste just blew us away. Parking is a little congested in the area but, well worth the inconvenience.

This place is amazing. This is our second time coming here and the hospitality is top notch. While we were waiting for our meals, the server came and brought us some home made cakes as we were waiting. The cakes were super good. Not too overly sweet and flavor of the pistachios came through.

Ugh, so bummed. I really wanted to like this place, as I love Middle Eastern Food, and I prefer to support independent places. Unfortunately I was disappointed. My to-go order didn’t go through (I think there is something up with their systems), so I had to wait 20 minutes. I can forgive a system issue for good food, shit happens, but the food was not good. The chicken shwarma was so dry and bland – I had to douse it in sriracha. Rice had off flavors, hummus lacked salt and acid. Everything left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe other dishes are better, but this dish needs work. I’m sorry to ownership if my review is harsh, but food is so expensive these days, it just sucks to spend money on something not great.

This little bistro is great! You gotta try it.
I had the chicken kabob plate! I’ve never tried Palestinian/Jordanian food. The service was very helpful. I’m not sure everything is heart healthy though, the yogurt milk is 36% of your daily sodium intake. I couldn’t do it. The baklava is wonderful though. The rice is my absolute favorite rice. This was the first hummus I ever enjoyed as well. I will be back! They sell Gyros too!!!
Thank you!!

I feel like home here.. it was like visiting my grandmother’s home. We get welcome and we get an friendly explanation of the dishes. Even after we ordered we get a soup to try. The soup was delicious and all the food too. It was a very good experience that we want to repeat and you should try.

***After the “owner’s” response to my review I will drop my rating to one star, and I will most definitely NOT be back to this restaurant!!! There are witnesses to this happening… but I guess I must not have been there, according to them “looking at their cameras”. I’m appalled how this business owner replied, most business owners would take the negative reviews and want to do better… to do better versus arguing with a customer. There are many other restaurants who would be happy to take my money, my family’s money and my friend’s money. Extremely disappointed. (And to the owner, I’d love for you to show me this “camera footage” and me standing there waiting for over ten minutes to get his attention!)***

Went for the first time today for lunch and the food was phenomenal… the service, not so much, unfortunately. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or caring more about watching something very loudly on the phone than paying customers. The order was incorrect when it arrived and it was difficult trying to relay this.

It was very quiet, besides the humming of the refrigeration unit… and the videos the employee was playing as loud as the phone would go.

The seating is plentiful and a mix of bench seats and single seats. A nice amount of natural lighting as well. The tables had greasy finger smudges on them and some of the chairs were covered in food bits. Condiments and napkin holders on the tables were filthy. The bathroom was dirty as well, and there’s a bidet, if that’s your thing. (I’ve never seen one in a public place before, so that was interesting!)

The hummus is the most authentic one stateside we’ve tried, which was cool. The sauce on the gyro is not the usual sour cream/yogurt base, but was tasty and light. The gyro was really good, minus the tomatoes that had seen better days. The pitas were soft and just the right texture, not too “bready”. I would have loved some authentic baklava, however that is not offered here. I did get a stomachache shortly after eating here, unfortunately.

Would I go back? NEVER!!

My husband and I had dinner at the Aladdin Grill on our date night, and we absolutely loved the food! I had the chicken shawarma plate and my husband had the lamb kabob plate. The meats were tasty, the rice was AMAZING, and we loved the garlic sauce. We will be back, and we think you should check it out, too! Oh, they dropped off a small order of French fries “on the house” and they were the best French fries I’ve tasted, hands down.
