Idk about you guys, but I’m hard pressed to find great customer service that is also consistent with great food out here in the South Suburbs of Chicago. My brother-in-law told me to give this place a try because I’ve been struggling to find well rated tacos out here, so I said what the heck. From placing my order over the phone all the way to picking up my order, I was treated so well. These people here? They care! and you can feel it and taste it! The steak tacos were DELICIOUS and tender and the Horchata is not too overly sweet, just perfect. My husband and I will gladly be back
P.S Dear restaurant owners and operators, from experience I know being in the restaurant business can be hard for many reasons, but please please please don’t change. Keep going strong and hang in there, thank you for your lovely service

If you are ever looking for some of the BEST TACOS in the South Suburbs-Harvey to be EXACT.. you have to stop at Al Vapor Taqueria. These are the best Steak tacos…Everything is cooked fresh. The owner Lucia and her son Sebastian are so nice. You will not be disappointed. I wish I took a picture of the tacos..but Trust me they are FYEEEEEE! Another winner the have excellent salsas and fresh chips…and Cauliflower, carrots and peppers…LIKE I SAID..FYEEE!!!! TRY THEM OUT, thank me later.

Where do I even begin? This food is amazzzingggg. I have never been to another Mexican restaurant that gives you as fresh of steak as their tacos had. Nice, perfectly-cooked pieces. Just as good when reheated. Seasoned perfectly. Their tacos are larger than other restaurants too, so thinking I could down five, I in reality only was able to manage two! Their taco Tuesday deal is 2 for $5, which is well-worth the price. Courteous with their toppings and sauces too. Tomatillo is to die for, as is their other green sauce. I tried the flan this past time, it was sooo good and fresh. This family-owned business is gonna drain my bank account and I’m not even mad about it!!!!!!!! The inside is nice, the outside is very cute too with flowers and picnic tables! I wish I could include pictures but the food didn’t even sit on my plate long-enough. Alwayssss been accompanied by good-service, compliments to the chefs fr. Will recommend to everyone (:

The food was horrible. I asked for a steak Gordita . They gave me a Gordita filled with beans. . Also the steak tacos had very little meet inside. The rice was scare and bland. I would never recommend this place. That’s why it’s empty. I wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible horrible horrible.

Apart from the waitres running like a chicken with her head cut off. Service was terrible and when I got there, no one was there, empty. I ordered a chicken burrito. I think they forgot to go to the chicken coop and get the chicken. Looked good and plenty BUT, all it was a bunch of beans and rice and a spit of chicken. Bland, no taste. Sorry I didnt leave no tip. I didnt think the earned it. They just opened up. Dont think they will be there past spring 2024 coming up.
