This is the BEST restaurant in all of South Florida serving Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food! I’ve searched for 3 years and I am so happy to have found this restaurant. The service is unmatched, every patron is treated like royalty, not just our table or big parties – everyone. The food is 100% authentic, fresh and flavourful. The portions are incredible for the price. You must sit in and experience the atmosphere, the service and the desserts. They offer delivery through uber eats too! You will not be disappointed!

We found this little, yet big Mediterranean restaurant in Plantation. The restaurant was empty, but service was pleasant and the food packed big bold flavors. From the apps to the main course was plentiful and delicious. We ordered the Dimasi Saj, a toasted wrap with hand grounded beef and lamb. As well as the okra stew with lamb. This was my favorite. It was a big dish and full of flavor. To wash it down, we had guava juice and a Vinto drink. Definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with our meal at Al-Salam. The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. We tried the chicken shawarma platter and the falafel, and both were fantastic, packed with authentic spices and cooked perfectly.
The best part is the reasonable pricing. You get a huge amount of high-quality, delicious food for your money, making it an amazing value. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
For a tasty, satisfying, and affordable meal, Al-Salam is a top choice. We will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to friends!

Let’s start by saying they have excellent baklava, no doubt! I have eaten at this place twice. The meat shawarma was delicious! The Fasolia or Bamia were great; there was plenty of meat, without mistake! I noticed the grilled food is always overcooked and hard to chew, so I am not ordering any of it anymore.
Update: I went there again for the Ramadan buffet. It was amazing. Lots of variety of food with nice presentation! The best so far!! Just plan to arrive earlier.

We come all the way from Melbourne for Al Salam food. I love the mansaf, Makloubeh, toom etc. it’s my favorite restaurant. Whenever I feel homesick I go there. Then you must go to the supermarket next door. I always find something I’m missing from my hometown.

Tried this new spot a friend recommended, and I must say i’m impressed. We tried the Mussakah which was fried eggplant, and it was absolutely to my liking. We also tried their Mansaf and I have no words!! The staff was very welcoming and kind and the atmosphere was so soothing. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best meal I’ve had all year. Unbelievably fragrant and deliciously spiced meat. The service was outstanding and super friendly. We finished with a large takeout box of baklava and other desserts. Unreal value!
