I ordered the combo special because there is a Marge variety of options on the menu. The combo included somosa, goat curry, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, naan, rice, chutney, salad, and galub jamun. It also came with a soft drink. All of this for a very reasonable price providing a significant portion of each dish. It was like a sampler combo with more than enough food for one person to eat. The food was fresh, cooked well, and seasoned perfectly. This is one of the best Indian/Halal cuisine restaurants I have visited considering I just moved from south Florida. I know this isn’t a common beverage to order at a Halal restaurant, but the sweet tea was one of the best I’ve had. The customer service was great. He was very friendly and patiently answered our questions. I’m really looking forward to returning with family, friends, and co-workers . I highly recommend this restaurant.

Where do we start. I already but my meats from the grocery store beside the restaurant. We haven’t been eating regular meats from r months. This restaurant is a gem. The owner so attentive and explained the foods the culture. He’s amazing. Also we ordered two platter but he knew better and just bought us out one. We have demolished that platter. We taste all the freshly made sauce. All of them are excellent. All I can say is getting out your comfort zone and come try this restaurant out.

First class! I visited Tallahassee for the first time. I was just passing through on my way back from Panama City, and I was north heading to I-10 on Mahan Drive when the sign for Al Safa caught my eye. Well I am glad I stopped. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. We ordered the mixed grill, samosa chaat, butter chicken, chicken burger, goat biryani, and goat curry. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. They have different spice levels. I highly recommend Al Safa.
Oh yes, the best thing was the garlic naan. There is nothing better than fresh baked garlic naan. I am not sure if they use a tandoor to bake, but if not, I definitely could not tell the difference.

This is an excellent restaurant. I had the lunch platter which included butter chicken, tandori chicken, goat, salad, rice, samosa, naan, and a sweet! Everything was fresh and delicious. Very flavorful and you can choose the level of spice. My companions had a vegetarian dish and a chicken curry with mango lassi. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The waiter was cool and the vibe was nice. A clean and friendly place to share a delicious meal.

We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, especially considering the Tallahassee location. The service was excellent! We ordered chicken and goat karahi with garlic naan, and everything was cooked perfectly. This was our first visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We ordered takeout from this restaurant yesterday for my parents’ anniversary, and it turned out to be an awful experience. The morog polao was fine, but the goat curry was completely stale and had a terrible smell — clearly not fresh and unsafe to eat.
When we called the next day to report the issue, the manager’s response was simply, “We can give you a discount on your next purchase.” That is unacceptable. Anniversaries are special, and instead of making it memorable, the restaurant ruined the occasion with spoiled food and a dismissive attitude.
Extremely disappointed by both the quality and the lack of accountability. We will not be ordering again.

It comes with lamb shanks, tandoori chicken, shrimps, wings, and adna kebab
I was expecting a bigger plate.

The kebab was amazing and the lamb shanks were so delicious.
We also got taboli it tasted so authentic loved it. The flafel and the samosas were good too.
For desert knafeh is highly recommended they served it hot and yummy .

I can’t lie, I was surprised by how beautiful it was on the inside. I have no complaints; the service and food was amazing! My husband and I shared the grilled platter and it was more than enough food for 3 people.

I had such an amazing time at Al Safa. I ended up spending about an hour and a half here simply because of how friendly and welcoming the owner was. Even though we are travelers from another state, he treated us like relatives and made us feel right at home.
The restaurant itself is stunning, with beautiful and thoughtful decoration. It is one of the most aesthetically pleasing restaurants I have ever visited. Everything was spotless, neat, and inviting.
The food was on a whole different level, from the incredible flavors to the flawless presentation. Every dish looked as good as it tasted. The highlight for me was the Kunafee, which was unlike any I have had before. It was bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious.

It’s a beautiful Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Indian food restaurant. Food is quality and fresh. I love to come here for lunch or dinner. It has always been a good experience.
