Stopped around lunch time, prices are little high to what actually place is. This is like a hole in the wall sort of restaurant. Wait times are 15-20 mins on orders not terrible but you have to wait. I saw one uncle loose because he had to wait over 20 mins and he was on his lunch break. They have some stuffy ready to go just make sure you ask.
Overall decent place

The food is very spicy; I should have been informed about the spice level, as not everyone is familiar with Pakistani cuisine. Overall, the restaurant is good and the staff are very friendly.

I love Indian food and snack dishes like chicken rolls- meat super dry, service not the best, no music or anything playing in the background. Food I have heard is great though, hope things change!

Here’s a polished, friendly review you can post:

Had a great time at Al Kabob Grill and Cafe with friends! We ordered Chicken Kadai with rotti and Goat Pulav, and everything was delicious. The Chicken Kadai was flavorful and perfectly spiced, and the rotti paired really well with it. The Goat Pulav was aromatic, tender, and cooked just right. Good portions, great taste, and a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends. Definitely worth visiting again!

The food quality is excellent, but unfortunately my experience at the front counter was disappointing. The Pakistani woman who appears to be in charge was rude and came across as unprofessional. Her tone toward customers felt disrespectful and made the interaction uncomfortable.

I hope this is addressed, as a more courteous and respectful attitude toward both staff and customers would greatly improve the overall experience.

Fantastic food and service. I was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. Asked for a recommendation and decided on the Kadahi.

I really wanted to like this place and generally try to support local businesses. Unfortunately, the butter chicken I ordered was extremely bland, lacked spices, and had an excessive amount of oil. It didn’t taste like butter chicken at all. I hope this was just an off day and that consistency improves

It was just OH! MY! GOD. Never experienced the taste of home cooked food in a restaurant, that is what you get at Al Kabob. My trip to Dallas would be incomplete if I don’t visit this restaurant. Every visit I try a different dish, all are so tasty. This time I tried their goat pulao, WOW!!! never tasted such a pulao before. The serving was so big with huge chunks of goat meat. The owner, Ali is so soft spoken and very generous in feeding his customers with the best quality food, he said that he never compromises on quality and very generous in his portion of servings. Also met his wife, Ruksana, who is the master chef and handles the kitchen. Highly recommended for those looking for the taste of home cooked food. Go grab your goat pulao, be there on time on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This is the second time we have received rotten, expired Lassi from this place. While I understand that some of their food tastes good, this experience raises serious concerns about the overall quality and safety of their offerings. I strongly advise caution, especially when ordering the Lassi. Always carefully examine your food before consuming it — you could risk getting sick. Given that this has happened multiple times, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
