I just had the best pizza of my entire life. Like stop everything and sit back in shock kind of good. Thin crust, wood-fired, crispy edges, next-level flavor. This place is a hidden gem everyone needs to try. And trust me when I say just order a number they know exactly what they’re doing on adding those flavors together. I’ve been searching for pizza like this for my entire life and I will drive the four hours again just to come back. The ambience was perfect the style the art the service all of it! 5 Star!

Excellent find! This is local for us in Rhody so we will be back. The (non-alcoholic) ginger beer paired well with the generous portion they call a slice. The prices are great and the local artist vibe is nice. Thanks for a yummy lunch.

On my way back from the lake and decided to make an impromptu stop at Al Forno and it may have been the best decision I’ve ever made. The energy in the restaurant was so welcoming it felt like HOME! Amazing Italian food.
We had pizza (it’s huge!!), pastas, salads. Everything was just super delicious.
The meat sauce for the ravioli is super authentic Italian, it was the highlight of the meal.

Ordinarily, when hunger strikes far from town, one lowers expectations and hopes only to feed self and family without complaint. Yet on rare occasion, fortune smiles, and this is such a place. Here, expectations need not be dimmed, for they are met with ease.
It makes for a fine stopping point on the return from a long day spent outdoors, when appetite runs high and patience runs thin. The wait may test thee, for the crew is small, but the reward is well worth the time. Each pie is well made and dependable, and the salads deserve mention, fresh and lively, not the wilted greens too often passed off elsewhere.
Somehow they conjure tables out of thin air, and more impressive still, they work with a true wood-burning oven, its scent hanging in the air as honest proof of the craft within. A worthy stop indeed, and one that surprises in all the right ways.

My regular stop when traveling from Bend back to Portland. Besides the regular menu, they have a full vegan menu! Like every pizza has a vegan option, it’s awesome!

The food was good. However they forgot the food for the two kiddos who had to wait over an hour to get their slice of cheese pizza. They forgot our bread sticks, until we’ve been there for almost 2 hours. It was nice they didn’t charge for the bread sticks though. We all wanted desert, but were never checked on after our entrees were served. We were there for just over 2 hours and were checked on maybe twice after we ordered. The waitress was at the bar talking to a gentleman for a long time. Then the next day, one of us went there to order food, waited at the bar for 15minutes, and was never helped or asked what they needed. Two people who arrived 10 minutes after got helped and drinks in their hand. We just left never being asked what we wanted. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was cool, but it was just super disappointing.

Everything was great, and the pizzas we got were all excellent! Highly recommend. The server made sure everything, even our drinks were perfect. We added toppings and made a custom pizza with no problem. #8, #6, and a custom pepperoni pizza. Roasted beet salad with crumbled feta was perfect as an appetizer. We turned around because the photos on here (Google) really showed this was handmade with love, and looked amazing. It was delicious! Wood fire pizza!
Only bad thing I can say is there was a hair in the salad and it wasn’t my husband’s (he is bald). Sodas were flat but they diligently fixed the machine and didn’t charge us for new drinks.
