We visited Al Fornetto in Scarborough last Sunday and had an amazing experience. We ordered the Margherita pizza, garlic bread, polenta fries, and Tortellini. My wife had the vegetarian homemade Cannelloni. Everything was fresh, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The Cannelloni especially was rich, comforting and delicious. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Definitely a great spot for Italian food — we’ll be back for sure!

Had been here a couple of times many years ago & it was always very enjoyable. Went here last night, 21/12/25, for a birthday dinner for a dear friend. The food was beautiful – very authentic Italian – and absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, and the service was also warm & very professional – nothing was too much trouble. Kevin was our main server & he was a gem, smiling, kind & just a lovely guy. AND he was 100% Italian – from the Marche region 🙂 I will definitely be back in the very near future. Thank you Al Fornetto for a memorable night!!

First time visiting this restaurant. Hubby had lasagne it was gorgeous and I had beef ragu pasta which was just as good. Service was great. Portions were very generous! Will definitely be back if we are around this way again. Highly recommend.

I am a regular here. Dine in and take-away. Food is classic Italian done right. My favourite is the spegetti boulonese. Family atmosphere for dine in. Family owned and run. Price is reasonable for the food quality.

Group of 16 people went for dinner on Saturday staff was very attentive, But food was expensive. My friends loved chili mussels and meatballs . We enjoyed 1 hour stay dinner at AL Fornetto.

Had a very early dinner on a really rainy night.
We were the only people there but more arrived not long after.
We had the Carbonara, Seafood Marinara and kids Ham & Cheese Pizza. We all really enjoyed our meals. They had great flavour and were well presented. Unfortunately we were to full to try any of the cakes that looked really good.
The service was very good and we had no problem parking in the side street.

Popped in to AL Fornetto on my way home from the beach. Had a pizza and pasta recommended by my friendly waiter. Which were both great. Nice and chill atmosphere when I went on a Tuesday evening, but was told it gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Thanks again guys, see you again soon
