My wife and I first tried Al Dente about 8 months ago. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was extremely helpful and friendly. SInce that time we have returned almost every week and have had the same great dining experience. On several occasions we met the owner who was friendly and anxious to make our experience one to remember. Well, remember we do. We have introduced several of our friends to the restaurant and they too have experienced the same satisfaction as we have. We have tried just about everything on the menu and have re-ordered many of them. My wife especially likes the salads and in particular the Grilled Romaine salad.
On several occasions we ate a delicious lunch there and found the lunch menu equally appealing. The staff there is always friendly and very amenable to suggestions. If its not on the menu and they have the necessary ingredients, they will cook up just the dish you desired to have.

Great menu. Food was delicious! The atmosphere is very casual. Truth is that if the decor was a little fancier and the wait service was a little more experienced, this could be a five star restaurant. The appetizers were amazing. My salmon was very tasty. My friend’s lamb was perfect. No liquor license, but I have a feeling one is coming soon. BYOB and enjoy!

My wife and I have become regular patrons of Al Dente on Saturday evenings for our weekly date night. We fell in love with this restaurant for many reasons. For starters the decor is very nice and the atmosphere allows us to have intimate conversations as we enjoy our favorite bottle of wine. When it comes to service we have not had a bad experience from Sandy (managment) to Tiffany (head chef) and definitely can’t leave out the exceptional service of Vinnie (server). The staff in a whole is tremendous!!! We have not yet been disappointed with the food either. For an appetizer we would recommend the calamari, toasted gnocchi or one of the flatbreads. They also have appetizer specials at times which we have been pleased with as well. The fresh baked bread is a plus and goes well with the tomato basil soup. We have tried just about everything on the menu and many specials and have not left feeling cheated or disappointed. Be sure to save room for gelato as it is a must!!!

Dinner last night at Al Dente was a wonderful experience. The fresh bread was wonderful the Tomato Brisk was delightful and the steak was obviously something to write home about. All this combined with a courteous staff…Connor our waiter was very attentive…and very comfortable booth gave us a night to remember.

Al Dente is by far my favorite restaurant in the area!My husband and I have been going there since they opened and have enjoyed every meal! One of the strengths of the restaurant are the friendly and professional employees. From start to finish every request is handled perfectly. The homemade dishes are made to order, and come out exactly as requested. Everytime I go there thinking I know what I’m having they come up with new and creative dishes that make my decision very difficult.One of my favorite waiters is Vinnie! He has always given us exceptional service and makes sure everything is just right! Also want to give a shout out to Sandy who makes our dining experience the best!! Thank you AlDente- we’ll be back soon!

My wife and I love Al Dente. It is not easily found in the plaza whre it is located, but once there the trip is definitely worth it. The staff, especially Sandy, greets everyone in a friendly manner, the service is great, and the food is delicious. There is a wide variety to choose from on the menu, Italian dishes are great, prices are resonable, and the portions are good-sized. Atmosphere is relaxed, and decor is modern and pleasant. Discount coupons can usually be found, and the restaurant is famous for its large selection of tasty homemade gelato. Takeout is also available. We would rate this place A+.

After my first dining experience at Al Dente, I am already planning my next trip back! I must start my review by explaining you really must not judge a book by it’s cover! The restaruant is beautiful inside with accent lighting and fancy decor. With the feeling of being in your own home, Al Dentre served my guest and I one of the best homemade Italiana dinners I have ever had!
My experience started off by being greated by a well dressed young man, who also seemed to be in charge of the kitchen. After being placed in a nice warm booth, we were quickly greeted by our server, who was well trained and very attentive. After choosing our Fried Ravioli and Chicken Brush flat bread as app’s, we then went on a limb and took our servers advise; we can make anything to order. My sister choose to go with Gnocchi, which were very light and homemade, tossed in a light vodka sauce, with the addition of fresh motz! I stuck with her idea and changed the Gnocchi to their fresh homemade Fettucini. We were full but after reading many of reviews, we had to save room for their homemade Gelato!
All in all, the service was beyond par, as was the food. I can not wait to dine back here at Al Dente Italiana

Al Dente was fantastic. Certainly one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Portions are ample. Interesting and expectional flavors.The rice balls were the bomb! Gnochis are made with ricotta, so are supper light and fluffy; they melt in your mouth. Very good and fresh, if a bit too salty, red sauce. They bake their own bread and hand make the pastas. They also make a killer gelati. I loved this place. Adding to the meal was that the executive chef came out from behind the stove to answer our questions about the menu. Did I say I loved this place? Definitely going back.

Food is very good! All made in house right down to the salad dressings. Food came out reasonable time, but the wait staff was a little slacking. Took a while to get the check and check in with us after our food arrived. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, large portion for decent price.
