Upon leaving I thought to myself this is a place that my father would go to. You know it’s good then. The staff was super friendly and service was outstanding. My Denver omelette meal was fabulous. The hash browns were cooked to perfection the omelette was great and coffee was continually warmed up. This is a great stop that I will always make when in the area. Easy on off from the interstate. Thank you so much Al & Andy’s Restaurant.

Very small but yummy diner. I had breakfast and it was good. Our waitress seemed tired and unhappy but we tipped her very very well to help brighten her day. The place was not busy. The food was good. Definitely an unexpected find on our way past Chicago.

What an awesome place to eat. The staff is warm and friendly. The food is delicious – highly recommend the breakfast skillets. It’s a place run with love that’s been here forever – almost no wait time. The dinner options are good too – homemade cream of chicken soup is fantastic. Just a note that if you pay with card, you have to put the tip on the receipt before they run the card with your tip.

The older waitresses who work there are so sweet, knowledgeable on the menu, and are quick. The food was above average. I liked the tomato, onion, feta omelette but just wished for more of the tomatoes, onions and feta!

I had the country fried steak skillet and it was awesome. My wife had corned beef hash with her order and normally isn’t impressed by the hash at most breakfast places but said it was good here.

Ordered a Spinach and Feta cheese omelet. I was disappointed. The omelet was full of Spinach and looked as if was the frozen or canned type. It had about 3 to 4 pieces of Feta cheese. Since the Spinach was “wet” the omelet was a bit cold. Price was a bit high. Sad to say I don’t recommend this place. Wont be back.

Breakfast for my birthday ! So disappointed I had biscuit/gravy, hubby had a skillet. I hated mine, he liked his. Bacon was so dry. Service was cold, she wasn’t terrible. But not very inviting or friendly. Spent $38.00 on food + $6.00 tip, Total=$42.00. (Bill was $34, tax was 3.50) . Expensive lesson.
