I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times over the past 3 years and it’s always been really good. Their sit down dining is suuuper cute though—great atmosphere!
Delicious food, reasonable prices, fantastic service, locally owned; Can’t beat it when you combine all those elements for the same price (or less) than a fast food order. Choose local, choose delicious, choose Akropolis!

We’ve been visiting Akropolis Cafe a few times a year and usually order the same dishes. My wife gets the #13 Chicken Souvlaki Platter, and I ordered the #15 Combination Chicken and Gyro Meat.
This visit was actually better than usual. The chicken was cooked perfectly—and I’m pretty critical when it comes to chicken. It was well seasoned, juicy, and not overcooked. The salad was fresh and crisp too.
Overall, it was a great meal for the money, and the young lady at the counter was very friendly and thanked us for coming in.
We’ll definitely be back—and probably sooner next time.

We were looking for an authentic Greek restaurant. I mainly wanted a Gyro sandwich and a slice of spinach pie. At first glance the decor and Greek music set the tone as a Greek restaurant. The cashier was new and very pleasant. Although, it took her a minute to get our order right. They didn’t have spinach pie, in slices, but in triangles; which isn’t really my go to. To me, they don’t taste the same. I ordered anyway and some fries. My daughter ordered a veggie sandwich (pita). So the food looked promising (ok not the Spanikopita) so much. It didn’t look homemade, just microwaved or air fried. Anyway, one bite of the Gyro…ugh! The meat was so unseasoned. Absolutely no flavor at all. I have never ever had a Gyro where I was reaching for salt and pepper. I could not finish it. The French fries and veggie sandwich is the reason for the 1 star rating for food. The veggie sandwich was prepared nicely. Everything on it was fresh. The “Greek food” was definitely not made with love or by anyone Greek. I’ve eaten at too many real Greek restaurants in my old home town to believe a Greek person prepared our order. They also serve burgers and such. Maybe this is their real forte’ and forgot to change the restaurants name? There was one other couple in the entire restaurant with us. This should have been our sign to leave and try another place. Definitely would not recommend for authentic Greek food!

The interior of this Café is cute! The staff are warm and welcoming and the prices are great. The food was not so good, except the French fries. My salad was not at all fresh, the lettuce was browning around the edges. My tenderloin was dry and not tasty. The Tzaziki sauce was average.

Today, I was reminded why I didn’t come back after my first time. Very mediocre greek food. Gyro salad was bland and skimpy. 1 tomato slice, 3 thin cucumber slices, 3 olives, 3 slivers of bell pepper, sprinkle of feta on a bunch of lettuce. Greek dreasing was simply oil with herbs. No flavor.

The rating doesn’t do this place justice! Staff was awesome and the food was fresh and well made. Don’t let the rating fool you this is a gem!!!

Didn’t receive part of my order through DoorDash. Owner was no help. No problem. You lost a customer. Photo of order.
Missing salads and a whole entree.

You guys, the food is too good. I’ve been missing out. I had the chicken Parmesan on pita bread and the cheese cake burrito for dessert.

Been eating here for well over 25 years. The staff has changed over the years, but always friendly and the service is great. Highly recommend number 15. Cooked fresh to order and they take time to steam the pita bread.

I got the tenderloin platter to go. I have never been to a Greek restaurant that didn’t serve basmati rice. Theirs is fluffy yellow rice.. I liked the tziki sauce, the pita bread and the tenderloin.
