This place is really sketchy. The front door is always locked and has a sheet of plastic blocking the inside of the restaurant. It has been this way for years. You can knock and knock and they will just leave you standing outside. When you call to say I’m here for my food, no answer. The sushi rice is cold. Like it comes from a refrigerator-premade. For the money I just spent, I would like my sushi made to order, as it should be. The soup was even cold. Don’t waste your money on this weird restaurant.

Food was great ..BUT, I suggest picking up rather than delivery by Beyond Menu. I live 6 minutes away but decided to treat ourselves. Supposed to be delivered at 6….at 630 the driver texted he was lost ( again a 6 minute drive). At 645 driver cancelled delivery. Restaurant made us a new meal only to find delivery now 50 minutes. Insane.

Came across this gem while dropping my mom off. You can’t really see it from the street but the food is delicious. The entree portions do not disappoint either. Right now their dining area is closed so it’s only take out or delivery.

So, their sushi is delicious, however it’s the shady pick up system that I hate. They leave you standing in a tiny cold vestibule to wait for food. Again, the food is good but it’s very uncomfortable to pick up. If you’re okay with this odd back alley type exchange, which somehow we are, I recommend it. I can’t understand why they don’t make it customer friendly.

The salmon roll I got was excellent consistently but it seems like every other roll has mashed fish that doesn’t taste pleasant and doesn’t look appetizing either. The tuna I received looked like pink instead of the darker color I’m used to. The miso soup is never filled to the top of the cup. You essentially just get a half cup always. I have also found tiny pieces of the plastic wrap they must keep the fish in twice before in my rolls and had to spit it out so I wish they’d pay a bit more attention to that.
