The food was absolutely amazing! This place stands out not only because the taste but also the texture and temperature. Food was seaosned perfectly and chicken wings were crispy. Lo mein was good enough to eat alone. Worth the price, even though all menu items are very inexpensive. To be a plain cheesecake, I swear this had to be one of the best I have ever had.

It was cold outside, but Akira Ramen and Hibachi warmed us up nicely. We chose to have ramen and hibachi, and the food warmed us up nicely. The food portions were just right, and the food was very comfortable and satisfying, especially for a cold day. Would recommend and will comeback!

Ordered chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Originally I wanted a bento meal, but I didn’t specify bento when I ordered. Love the anime wall decor. Thought the food was decent. Service was overall quick. Good location and within walking distance of residential areas.

The steak ramen was delicious and the fried gyoza was perfectly crispy!

Prices were nice, good quantity of food for the hibachi dishes, less so for the appetizers but that’s to be expected in 2022. Taste was better than other Philly ramen shops, and I didn’t even get a spicy one (was sharing with family). I had the Tonkotsu Ramen – came with a nice amount of things added.
The soup was actually nice and hot unlike a certain other Northeast Philadelphia ramen restaurant, and they gave a fair amount of broth.
The hibachi was nice and tender – the chicken, steak, and shrimp are all quite good and up there with the best hibachi restaurants.
The dipping sauces for the appetizers were a unique sweet and spicy style that wasn’t a traditional sweet chili sauce that you’d find, and the tempura sauce wasn’t as salty. I’m pretty sure this restaurant is making some of their sauces in-house, or they’re at least picking some more unique sauces that are nicely balanced.
The service was very nice, lovely, and the atmosphere, cleanliness, and lighting in the restaurant is great as well. It’s festive this time of year.
I like food that’s a bit aggressively seasoned, and this was like 90% there – I’d probably just ask for some heat next time and be good.

We went there on Mother’s Day. The food was amazing, fresh and super delicious. I ordered the mango salmon dish and it was very delicious. It was an awesome experience in our neighborhood and for sure we will go back.

Came here for an early dinner with my sister. We shared steamed shrimp Shumai, I got the build your own poke bowl and she got the spicy tan tan ramen. They were both amazing. Vegetables were fresh and crisp as was the fish. Her ramen was steaming hot and full of flavor. Definitely will be coming back!

UPDATE!!! Came at 10 since had rough work day and missed dinner. Super courteous and gave full treatment.
Even food quality stayed consistent and unrushed.
Look at the Takoyaki, Ramen and Popcorn. Crisp!
