We love going to this restaurant to eat ramen the past 4-5 years. We bring friends and family here. Food lately seems not as tasty as before but still 4/5 out of other ramen restaurants. Their chickenkaraage and sushi’s are good too!

For appetizers we got Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki – they were yum we just devoured it . Worth trying here

I ordered ramen for dinner last night and was honestly shocked when I opened the container. The inside of the lid was coated in black, burnt-looking residue, and the same black particles were splattered all over the broth and inside the bowl. It looked like ash or char had contaminated the entire dish. It was extremely unappetizing and I did not feel safe eating it, so I had to throw it away. This was a very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable in terms of food quality and presentation. I won’t be ordering from here again.

First time here everyone was friendly and the waitress helped me to open a Ramune soda, but the Tonkatsu Miso Ramen is extremely delicious nothing can compare to that so my first impression defensively 5 stars. I’ll come back soon enough. 100% recommend it if you want to taste some real ramen.

This place is awesome and easily one of my go to spots for ramen. The broth is super flavorful, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and everything tastes fresh and satisfying. The portions are great, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each bowl. The vibe is chill and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect place to grab a warm, comforting meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving really good ramen!

Walking in the front door the atmosphere isn’t bad, decor and lighting are good with some authentic Japanese flavor. The staff was very friendly and the service overall was good. The food selection is fantastic with a handful of more unique offerings you don’t often find in the US as well as a lot of more common dishes for less experimental pallets. The food I had however left quite a bit to be desired but I did not have the ramen. A saving grace is the prices as the food is quite affordable especially for the main courses.

This place is kind of unique compared to other Akia Ramen. The ramen tastes delicious, but it is not exactly the same as other Akira Ranen places.

Visited this chain restaurant Gaithersburg location again this evening. The front desk staff is very friendly. She greeted us and showed our table.
Ordered fried squid, tonkatsu and curry on rice and Akira ramen. The food quality are good and stable.

The ramen choice is more or less the same as other ramen restaurants. This restaurant belongs to a chain, the food quality is comparable to the one at Frederick, MD. The ramen bowls are all good.
